Massage Warehouse UK (Not USA) Anmeldelser

I have bought a few healing beds and accessories from massage warehouse and have had nothing but great service. They even have spares if you need them which is super helpful. It’s the only place I shop as I know they are local and provide great service.

I purchased 3 massage tables from Massage Warehouse- 2 via Amazon and 1 from their website, 3 tables in 18 months . Does that sound very bad ? Yes it does, because it is very bad.
And I do have the Massage Warehouse invoices to prove that.
All 3 tables came with faulty locks, the first one had also a cable that snapped after just 1 year when a client stood up.
The secong one had both locks faulty and after only 6 months they are totally broken....
I kept giving this business the opportunity to send me a good product, but they failed all 3 times, so now, the 3rd time, I will return the so-called new table .
Also, the wooden legs have nails that come off after only few months, and even if you screw them back with a hammer/manually, they come off again....My second table became unusable due to this reason+the locks that don't work from day 1.
3 attempts to purchase a good working product from this business were unsuccessful....
Also, my review on their website about the 2nd table that lasted only 6 months has not become public - that's questionable.
I thought they will learn from past reviews- that had videos too as a proof about selling faulty tables, but no, they keep selling the product WITHOUT repairing it first....
I will now have to walk 15 minutes to the post-office to return their voluminous and deffective item, wasting time and energy just because the seller keeps selling a broken product , hoping that the customers will either not notice, shut up and not talk about it...
Repair your tables, dear Massage Warehouse, so your future customers( I am not one of them anymore) don't have to buy 3 tables in 18 months.

Disappointed by their inaction and lack of service. I previoisly bought a message table from this company which didnt arrive when it should, the company were very helpful and quick to respond, maybe because this was a more expensive item! Having made another order same issue arised with the delivery firm and no parcel. I have spent a month waiting for items. I have emailed several times and sorry for the inconvenience doesn't cut it when they seem to find it amusing and do nothing about it despite highlighting the importance of needing the items. Items now delivered via alternate service in 24 hours not clear why this could not of occurred earlier.

Two years ago I have purchased Day dream electric massage bed and it was the best decision ever! My clients absolutely love it and are very happy when they lie down and notice the space and arm rest! Magical…

I would highly recommend this place.

I need to replace one of the motors as the bed got used a lot and they were amazing by guiding me to make the right decisions.

I again for once highly recommend this shop if you are professional
massage therapist and want the best for your client.

Many thanks guys!

Can only highly recommend this company. Great quality bed and delivery was quick. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with so efficiently by the customer service team. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I've been happy for a couple of years now buying most of my equipment from Massage Warehouse & all my oils & wax.
A colleague annoyingly dropped my table and I had to contact MW for some parts, they asked a couple of questions & quickly sorted the problem for me.
I hope I never have to shop anywhere else because I like supporting small businesses,

Massage Warehouse has been supporting my massage practice for the last 14 years since I started out.
They have developed a great blog and not only sell excellent quality products but freely develop and share a community interest of like-minded individuals. I really appreciate their professional, trusted products and everyday support. Additionally I have found their customer service to be very on the ball!
I would rate this company as at top trusted business.

I have been using massage warehouse since I qualified in 2008 and they have always delivered high quality products and the customer service has always been amazing.

Very good quality tables, I have bought all my couches from this company and would always go back if I ever need to buy again!

Outstanding Service and Quality from Massage Warehouse

Massage Warehouse has been an invaluable partner in our practice. Their exceptional customer service, particularly from team members like Chris and Sean who have gone above and beyond. Whether it's promptly responding to emails regarding replacing worn parts or providing expert advice tailored to our needs, their support has been unwavering.

The quality of their products is second to none. Our clients frequently compliment the comfort of the massage tables, and we've found their equipment to be both durable and reliable. The pricing is also very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on quality.

We wholeheartedly recommend Massage Warehouse to any practitioner seeking top-quality products backed by outstanding customer service.

I've used Massage Warehouse for years and they are my go-to for massage equipment. Everything feels of high quality, the website is easy to use, and the customer support is brilliant; I much prefer buying from them vs Amazon.

I have bought a 2 massage beds over the past 3 years and the service has been excellent both times

Massage Warehouse is my go-to site for all my massage needs as therapist. They are very helpful and responsive, and I am always sure of the quality of their products. I have bought all my couches from there and they have lasted me ages. Thank you so much for everything!

We stumbled upon this company when looking for something to help my partner recover from retinal eye surgery. They have great products to rent and we used the kneeling chair, table support and body bolster.
They were very prompt in delivering the items to us and collection of the products was very easy.
Their customer service was excellent and I would recommend to anyone.

I've been trading for 9 years. I bought my first couch from a different supplier. I decided to change my couch for something lighter and I contacted Massage Warehouse and they gave me options of the best product to buy. I went with the Portalite Delta II. I have dealt with this company on many occasions and they have been very helpful and I would not go anywhere else.

I can honestly say in my 20 year career as a therapist & business owner, Massage Warehouse have the best Massage tables on the market and all their accessories are fantastic.
Top notch customer service and excellent, quick and efficient delivery.
I will always only use the best products for my clients and Massage Warehouse provide the best out there.

Massage Warehouse couldn’t do more for you, they return calls, they return emails, they answer questions and they are patient, and this is all before you place an order.

If there is a problem, and in my case there were unforeseen issues, they also go above and beyond to sort it for you. They stand by their brands and their suppliers and they are your intermediary.

My decision to buy from a UK small business has been a brilliant one. If you are spending your hard earned money on a massage bed, I highly recommend that you trust your purchase with these guys. You will not regret it.

I bought my massage bed from massage warehouse and it is very sturdy, and I use for mobile massages so find it very easy to assemble. My clients always comment on how comfortable it is and the customer service from massage warehouse has been excellent. Would definitely use again and reccomend this company

I often use massage warehouse. They stock good quality products and have good working knowledge of massage therapists need. They have very good customer service. I recently needed replacement feet for my massage couch and they sent them out to me no problem. I would highly recommend

I love dealing with this company in terms of quality of products but also the customer service and aftercare. Most recently I had an issue with the face cradle attachment for my couch and within a day of emailing, a troubleshooting video was sent by customer service advising how to tighten the attachment, and in the event that didn’t work, a replacement would be sent. Efficient, friendly and professional, thank you!
