My van had a recall a time slot was arranged and I was advised would take approximately 15 minutes .I did verify this upon arrival. over 1 HR later whilst sitting waiting for what I thought was a quick job I asked why it was taking so long they then advised there was another recall that was being delt with at the same time .I appreciate this but as only sitting 4 foot away no one had the decency to make me aware ,I was just left sitting there wandering what's going on , not entirely sure this passes for great customer service a simply word keeping me updated to date so perhaps make arrangements to leave it longer and return to work but nothing ende up waiting 1hr 45 minutes without any form of apology or consideration for any lack of communication and now on there response to review they indicate they did update me. sorry your staff are lying to you if this is what there telling you they never approached me at all untill I asked how much longer

I recently purchased a used Audi e tron from Martins of Winchester, and I must say the entire experience was excellent. Mr. Nick Anderton handled the deal very professionally and efficiently from start to finish.
He explained everything thoroughly, including the tyre protection cover and the 3 year extended warranty, without putting any pressure on me to purchase them. Although the packages were very attractive and worthwhile, I decided not to go ahead as I plan to change the vehicle before then.
What really impressed me was Nick’s soft spoken nature, professionalism, and the way he interacted with me throughout the process. He made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
He is truly an asset to the company, and I wish him all the very best for the future.
