The most straightforward
The most straightforward, simple experience in buying a car I have ever experienced.
From notifying my interest in the car, to the test drive and completion of the finance, it was all very well explained and the guidance was exceptional.
Buying a car can be a daunting task, but Rupert made me feel like it was as simple as buying food shopping.
Will return in the future for my next car.

I am disappointed that you are not fully satisfied with the outcome of your vehicle repair.
Unfortunately welding and exhaust systems are not covered by the car care plan warranty.
However I am pleased that the vehicle is now functioning correctly.

This is the 4th car our family has had from this dealer. The last 3 we dealt with Rupert the salesman who was very friendly and helpful and we came away happy with another good deal.

Extremely unprofessional stuff. Booked 3 weeks ago, just to be told there is no noise coming out from my car. So I had to actually go and show the guy the noise coming from behind my tires when you move them. Waited 6 HOURS to be told they can't do anything about it...

Please accept out apologies that we could not replicate the noise quickly and this led to a delay in identifying the noise and problem. Unfortunately we were unaware that you had to kick the wheel with your foot from the side of the vehicle to replicate the noise that you had experienced. However once you demonstrated this for us. We then quickly identified the cause as movement of the brake pads in the carrier.
Having spoken with the service team they are speaking with Mazda to ascertain if shims are available to reduce the movement.
We are sorry that on this occasion you are unhappy with the service Marshams has provided.

I had an amazing experience with Marshams following a terrible experience with a well known car dealership. They were friendly, contactable, helpful and good for anyone with any car experience. I felt comfortable and safe with my car purchase and I didn’t feel stupid asking any question. My car was kept in great condition and had proper service checks. All documentation was given to me and I was also able to test drive the car ahead of time. Rupert was so friendly and would follow up on anything which we had agreed. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Jason who was brilliant at explaining things to me and making a nightmare situation with my car seem more manageable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I have to say my experience was fantastic, from first contact to last, a little delay due to the finance provider but totally out of Matthew’s hands, he was brilliant!
