Extremely disappointed with the level of communication received from Mark Satin.

I initially contacted a consultant regarding a role and followed up on multiple occasions over the course of a week. Despite sending polite emails and simply requesting an update, I did not receive so much as an acknowledgement.

I fully understand that recruiters are busy and that not every application will be successful. However, basic professionalism and courtesy cost nothing. A simple response, even if it is just to say that a role has been filled or that I have not been shortlisted, takes less than two minutes and allows candidates to move forward.

Candidates invest significant time tailoring CVs, attending interviews, and engaging with recruiters. The very least they should expect in return is communication. Being ignored entirely leaves applicants feeling undervalued and reflects poorly on the company’s customer service standards.

Unfortunately, my experience has been one of complete silence and a lack of professional courtesy.

Outstanding help and support received from Haroon Hussain over the last 10 days. At a point when I was feeling genuinely destitute after parting ways with my previous employer, Haroon reached out and was able to match me perfectly with a new opportunity.

I had sent an email to Jamie Smith & Kimberley Donavan, these recruitment consultants are a joke, they never reply to your emails and never return your calls, fake jobs I guess. Trust me not worth wasting your time an effort on these clowns!

Aggressive recruitment consultant, not very well represented, I can't say I would use this recruitment agency again, how can they improve, get some better consultants

Unsolicitied whatsapp messages from a representative of this company (+27 72 466 9264, South African number), without being able to explain of where they got my phone number from. They avoided this question multiple times.

Alex Dando stands out as one of the most straightforward and no-nonsense recruiters I've had the pleasure of working with. As a Software Developer in the contracting world, I encounter numerous recruiters, and unfortunately, I've grown accustomed to experiencing letdowns and broken promises. However, Alex brought a refreshing change to this pattern. His professionalism, honesty, and reliability made the interaction a delight. It's rare to find such a positive experience in this field, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

I highly recommend this recruitment company. I was very impressed with Cillian McEvoy who I dealt with. He was very approachable and kept me up to date right throughout the process.

shockingly bad. fake adverts with no real job, don't return calls. They have become a true bucket shop

This is the ultimate joke of a company. Absolute clowns. They don't turn up for interviews set by them, don't call when they say they would call, they provide wrong job descriptions. What else can I say. I'm beyond the point of being upset and can only laugh. On a bright note: there's hope for everyone if this "recruitment" agency is still in existence.

Agent called me 3 times, wrote an email then startedTO HARASS ME ON WHATSAPP ON MY PRIVATE NUMBER.

This is totally unacceptable and want to understand how private data is used during your processes!

I apologise in advance if this message comes out a bit rude but I am majorly upset how I am treated by Annabelle Surch the Principal Consultant I believe. I have been trying to get in touch and contact with Annabelle Surch for many times months even several times of days in the week only to be brushed off by her saying she will call back and promising too which of course she never does. I get that a person of her position would be very busy in a lot times but if you are telling me that she could not spend a little bit of time talking or contacting me in a time span of 5 months I find that absurd and ridiculous. I even emailed her constantly only for that too to be ignored. If this is how your consultants treat people than I am very upset as I feel this is not suitable at all. I do not want anyone to go through the same situation I have been going through of being brushed aside and abandoned. I feel it is worse of someone like Annabelle Surch brushing people aside politely and giving false promises of calling back and telling you to call back rather than be honest and say not to call back anymore. As I feel my time is wasted.

They say they're the largest accountancy and finance recruiter in IRE & UK. They never ever reply after your application, they don't even send an email to confirm they have received the application. I am an MBA and my friend is as well and none of us ever received feedback from them. Obviously, they are not that large since they don't even have the decency to enable an auto-reply message. I will always google every role they are advertising in order to avoid this so-called "large" recruiter. Oh, and something else, I even called them once to confirm an email address, they confirmed the address but guess what, they did the same lol. TO BE AVOIDED is my advice
