Hi Isagani,
Thank you for your feedback. The image that was provided to us by the manufacturer was that one. The posters that arrived had a different design. You contacted us with your complaint a week ago more less and we immediately refunded you. So you were able to keep your poster and had a refund.
Have a great day
Faye

Received first update as to why the Geelong beach towel had not arrived. It has been more than two weeks since ordering. Hopefully updates will be more regular.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your feedback. While we try to communicate with our customers regularly, it isn't always possible to send daily updates. For this reason, in the name of the product your purchased, we added the expected dispatched time. This way, we think, you will always know when things will be dispatched more less.
If you'd like to cancel your order for a refund, please contact us.
Have a great day
Faye

Hi Customer, I am not sure if you are being serious when you say you had to wait for 8 days for Mid November to arrive. You bought the Geelong Football Club 2022 AFL Premiership Guernsey - White :Size Adults XL - Pre-sale Ships Mid Nov. Cotton On shipped the Guernseys to retailers early on Friday and we were able to ship it to you by tuesday, a week early. I am not sure two stars is appropriate for that level of performance and service.

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery
After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I was very disappointed with the colour of my cap. The Geelong colours are Blue and White. The cap was black and gold 😔😔. Very disappointed to say the least.

Hi Yvonne, the cap was described as being a gold embroidered cap in the title and had a picture of a black and gold cap. You are welcome to return the item, but that is what you purchased.
