I have order again from Market Hair Extensions as the product is wonderful. As a female losing her hair I started adding extensions to thicken the overall appearance. I was not disappointed. I have ordered hair extensions from other companies and their hair products were very good...but over priced!! This company is amazing!! More product to choose from and very nice on your wallet!! I purchased from this company in September and I am appalled. I do not like leaving bad reviews but decided after reading how great their attempt at rectifying complaints with customers is then you need to know the truth from an honest paying customer. I ordered wavy tape-in 24"inch platinum blonde extensions.
I had spent just over $100 inc postage.
The shipping was very good arrived within 9 days.
Once received I was horrified to find 18", dirty blonde colour and a frizzy bunch of dry poor quality tape ins.
The hair itself looked like it came off a corpse. Before I write a review I always give the seller a chance and emailed the company WITH photos. I was replied to and asked to measure the extensions as what I asked for was 24"inch BUT when not stretched is around 19"inches. I told them that if I had wanted 19"inch extensions that is what I would have bought. It is false advertising. I also sent a photo of where the hair came to on my head (about halfway down compared to the length I needed) and a photo of me stretching the hair next to a tape measure.
2 days later I received an email stating that although they were sorry for the inconvenience caused they would offer me a $3.00 discount over my next purchase from them, they did not even offer a return/exchange. I will take this to Consumer Affairs.
To think I was going to let it go after being treated like an idiot. Do not purchase from them. Since my reply outlining they had false advertised a product I have not heard a single thing.
You be the judge. I hope they learn that this will not be tolerated.

I live in New Zealand I was told specifically via chat that the product was in stock in New Zealand ad I asked, I paid an extra $25 to have the product shipped to me in two to 3 business days for a photo shoot only to discover that in fact there was no product in New Zealand and that it was been shipped from China I was not given a refund for the extra $25 that I paid for for the 2 to 3 day delivery despite the fact that the product will not arrive for at least eight days, I spoke to chat services again yesterday who said to me that they were going to put pressure on the shipping company which it’s not the shipping companies fault they also said that they would send me an email to verify my complaint which I have never received. basically I will never deal with this company again I also am out of product for the photo shoot that will now have to be postponed. The company has my order number.

I have ordered from Market hair extensions several times. I order the nail tips. I clip off half of the keratin. I have no problem with these extensions sliding. They are extremely soft, the extensions are thick. I even wash my hair usually everyday because it's oily and I still have no problems with them sliding. I do keep my extensions well conditioned with leave-in conditioner, I tie them up every night before I go to sleep, make sure my hair is dry. But these are really good extensions I'm happy with them and I will continue to order from them. If you keep them really well conditioned and take care of them, brush your hair, make sure the tops don't get tangled by separating them daily, make sure it's well conditioned so it doesn't get tangled then they'll last several months. I know I keep mine in for probably 4 months if not five. I am extremely satisfied every time I get these.

I paid for express shipping and still had to wait a MONTH for my order. It showed up today and IT'S THE WRONG ORDER. I messaged on the chat and the consultant said sorry and I should place a new order, she'll give me a discount code. I have nothing I can do now. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went on their chat and I needed dark brown beads on the micro loop extensions. I was ordering 2 different colors but needed darker beads then they came with. The person on chat said it would be fine to make a note when I ordered and she would also put it on my order. So I ordered and it was all most $150 for both colors of extensions. I gave the order number to the person on chat and they said it was all set. Well they came and they didn't put the darker beads on them so they are completely useless. I emailed them 10 times to try to return them and they never once responded. Never again will I trust what they say or order from them.

If I could leave no stars I would all of the good reviews on this page are clearly not real.
So I don’t know where to start first off I ordered two packs of hair extensions and paid £17 odd for rush shipping (supposed to be delivered within 2/3 days) so 7 days later I receive a parcel of one pack of hair extensions and a note saying ‘pls don’t worry your other package is on the way’ 2 weeks later I still do not have that package after chasing them daily they neither know where this package is however I haven’t been refunded for this missing package so anyway then the day of my hair appointment arrives and I only have one pack which isn’t enough so had to go and buy two packs from the shop I have emailed them over 10 times asking for return information for me to send the item back and get a refund at least 7 of my emails have been ignored and the ones they did reply to had no information on how to send them back they just kept saying our hair is AAA grade please try to use it how can I when they sent me half my order 🤯 also no way is this hair AAA grade it feels thin and horrible I also ordered 22inch so would love to know how they are shorter than the 20inch ones I brought from the shop? Do not use this company you will be very disappointed and have absolutely no joy with customer service

Have been ordering my hair from this company for number of years . It’s very good quality , great price and would definitely recommend. I use my hair for thickness as I have very thin hair , and I have never been disappointed I can’t compare to any other hair company as I have no need to shop any where else for my hair it’s excellent product and fast delivery too.

Although the site looks very sketchy i was surprised when I got great customer support & the delivery was so quick!
the hair is quite nice, despite it being single drawn from what I can feel for the price its overly amazing!

I spent a lot of money on nano ring hair extentions, approx 450 € for four packs that was supposed to last 6-12 months. I am trained in hair extentions and know how to look after them. The hair did not last to 8 weeks before the quality began to disintegrate. I am very disappointed as I feel I was mislead in the description on the website and havnt recieved my first order. I also paid an extra 15 euro for a fast delivery that took 3 weeks to arrive. When my second order that arrived came, I was happy with the quality and colour but they do not las 6-12 months
