Power Saver fraud
I bought two Power Savers - they were a total fraud claiming they came from Elon Musk. He had nothing to do with them. They Do NOT Save any Energy. They are a total FRAUD. Don’t buy them! They do not answer for online support emails and do not answer phone calls. I have to take it up with PayPal since the charge from them "MARGIN LTD" was taken.

This is a scam...who are they? How do I get my money back?

First of all, I've never heard of this company and I ordered nothing from them. For that, I'm $200 poorer. What a nightmare! I have no idea how they got into my account but I will get some answers soon...

Ordered 3 dash cams, paid with PayPal, took over 2 weeks for delivery by DHL passed off to USPS and they arrived damaged. Sent a request through Paypal and their company name for refund and honored within the same day. I would be skeptical about this company but they did me right!

I ordered a product back in May which I just realized I was charged for three different times and it says the package is being tracked that I never received it. I’m not sure at this point what it was I ordered since I do a lot of ordering online but I obviously did not receive the package And was charged over $100 for it.

A scam and fraud - DO NOT buy anything online from any company or offer that mentions their name - they lock onto a credit card number and continuously charge you monthly for a non-service that you never signed up for. AG filings and FCC fraud (wiretap and banking crimes) need to be made. It’s time for class action law.

This is the worst product and the worst customer service! I bought their Miniguard Camera for $43.94. It was broken right out of the box. I alerted the company... No reply! I emailed again... No reply. I paid $5.55 to return it. I emailed to inquiry about the refund and to let them know their product was defective... No reply. I did get a refund, but for only $28.89. They said it was a "Restocking Fee," but I asked them why they would be restocking a broken product? Many form letters later, they said it was a "restocking fee", never answering my questions or addressing my question of why they would be restocking a defective product. No answer from their company. Apparently, their customer service strategy is: The End... Next!
They said they are a legitimate company, but are they? Or are they just sending out broken products to unsuspecting customers and then just reselling the returned broken item and pocketing the money? From their lack of correspondence and actions, it wouldn't surprise me!

Scammers! Avoid these folks at all costs! It’s a Chinese company which makes it even harder to deal with. Noticed charges on my checking account and called to Margins Holdings Limited to see what they were charging me for. They tried to get me to accept a discount. I said “No” I wanted a refund since I never ordered anything in the first place. They tried for another discount. Again, said “NO.” I was advised I would have to receive the order and call them back to see how to return what I never ordered. I’m gonna guess I’ll be instructed to mail it back to China and the postage will be on my dime.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I have been fighting with them since August about a product I have never received. The product was mailed to the incorrect address and was not forwarded to me by the post office. I am still fighting with them and Paypal trying to get my $147.95 refunded. This company is a scam. Evverytime I talk with Margin Holdings they tell me because I have initiated a dispute with Paypal they cannot help me with the refund. And then tell me that I will get my refund via the dispute. That has been over 2 months and I still have no refund.

Pay pal wouldn't help me with margin holdings they said I didn't give them enough information. But I absolutely did

Your company sent me a watch that did not work correctly, when I tried to return it, you didn't want to pay shipping, so initially offered to give me 50% back, but still keep the dumb thing that didn't work. I said no, then offered 75%, which I grudgingly agreed to. Now they are using my paypal account to remove unauthorized funds. Paypal is siding with you, probably cause owned by same holding company. I will get to the root, and expose you for the criminals you are.

Saw a fake Ad w Elon Musk, bought an electrical reducer thing. They charged double, when I tried to return both the gave me 75% back. Then 2 weeks later charged me again….

Disputed w pay pal & luckily they resolved it.

On November 4, 2023 I was charged $78.33 for a purchase from PAYPAL MARGIN HOLDINGS LIMITED ONLINE.COM. I can't remember what the purchase was because I didn't mention it in all the correspondence between us. PayPal ignored all my emails and even went so far as to do a trace of my IP addresses on my computer and came up with a number that is ridiculous. I called Margin Holdings and was told they couldn't work with me because I contacted PayPal.

I ordered dash cams and accepted a special deal on a third for $24.99. One month later I see a $24.99 charge again. I contacted them and got the same spiel about the membership I didn't sign up for. I filed a report with the FTC. I sent them the report number to let them know I wasn't accepting there response. I also cancelled all access to Paypal for them.

Scam. Bought polishing cloths. Tricked by site into charge for extra cloth. Now getting $19.00 charge to PayPal every month. I did not subscribe to anything. Now I have to figure out how to block. Probably change my payment type permanently. Or stop using PayPal???

I was charged $19.99 for a membership that I didn't join. And they wouldn't give me a refund when I told them I hadn't agreed to any membership and I wanted it cancelled. He said I'm sorry we can't refund membership fees. How can you charge someone for something they didn't join and then not refund them. They lost a customer as far as I'm concerned and I have ordered quite a bit from them.

what a rip off. Nothing is what is advertised, Wont stay paired for more then a few seconds, they offered 1/2a refund. Demand a whole refund. CROOKS!

I ordered the Scratch Removal Cloth at buy one get one free for $14.95 paid with PayPal. I was charged $40.99 and an additional charge of $19.90 for 2 cloths.

Mosquito lights expensive and do not work.
They overcharged shipping and did not get a full refund and want to charge a restocking fee for something that doesn’t work. Sure probably restocked from a prior return that didn’t work. I would not recommend ordering from them. Pretty much a scam for cheap plastic stuff.
