Gemma and Rochelle were really helpful and very informative during our house buying process. Tori who stepped in towards the end of our house buying process was also very kind in passing on some messages to the seller. The only thing that would be an improvement is that many times when I called, it went to voicemail and I would need to email or call back which was sometimes difficult as I was working. Overall they were very efficient and helped us along the way.

We were well looked after by Gloria who showed us around the property. Briony in the office was quick to contact the seller overseas and Sara Cox oversaw all of the legal chats between us and the two lawyers.
All in all, an excellent team that delivered an excellent service.
