That is Megan Parker.Megan has sorted out numerous problems and guided me to make the correct decisions regarding tenant enquiries/problems.
Problems have been reported immediately and managed to be sorted.
The property has now been sold.

I would like appreciate and thanks Alex Richard for his support and help, he is polite and lovely to speak with, the request are handled effectively and in timely manner, checking for updates making sure that the tenant and Landlord both are updated and everything goes smoothly, I have not had an issues at all working with him,If possible I would like him to be our property Manager till I am living at my current property, Thank you Alex, keep up the great work!

The letting service provided by Manning Stainton has been generally satisfactory, especially John Sheader, whose prompt communication and efficient handling of issues have been very helpful.

I would like to suggest two areas for improvement:

1. After a tenant pays the holding deposit, it would be very helpful to provide a confirmed move-in date. This would greatly benefit new tenants and help reduce potential financial losses. For example, it would allow them to give timely notice to their current landlord, arrange school transfers for their children, organise broadband relocation, and schedule furniture deliveries.

2. The check-out report provided at the end of the tenancy could present a more neutral description of the property’s condition, in order to avoid unnecessary disputes during the deposit return process.

We are renting a property through Manning Stainton and our property is being managed by Zain.
Zain has always been helpful, he responds to any queries and concerns quickly and follows up with us until the issue is sorted. Thank you for all your help Zain.

As a landlord who lives quite a distance from our rental property it is important that we have someone who can deal with all things rental property related.
We have been using Manning Stainton for well over 15 years to manage our property and apart from, what seemed to be, regular changes of property managers in the early years their service has been reliable and professional. Our current property manager is Luke who has been with us for a few years. He is always helpful and efficient, he is obviously knowledgeable in things related to property management and deals with all things regarding our property in a timely and professional manner.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Manning Stainton to manage property on behalf of a landlord.
