Great service from Manning Stainton selling a property for me recently. Property sold in under a month then moved swiftly through legals with the help of the Lauren who was great to deal with throughout! Would not hesitate to recommend Manning Stainton or use them again.

We rented the property for three years, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Lilian handled all the paperwork efficiently and provided us with the keys within just 10 days, which was amazing.
During our time renting, whenever we reported either a minor or major issue, a contractor was usually arranged within 48 hours. The response was always very quick, and the management team was professional and reliable.
When we moved out, Zain was extremely professional and patient with us. He completed the final inspection within 48 hours after we left, and we received our deposit back within one week.
Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and we really appreciated the excellent service throughout our tenancy.

We are now with a different agency; no communication, no follow up, nothing being fixed for 6 weeks now! That is why I decided to leave a good and honest review for Manning Stainton. There are no words that can truly express how good the experience was!

Friday, 13th of February I took the keys of the property I bought. The process was actually smooth and ended in a bit less then 3 months, against all the odds, considering the gradually discovered problems with the house. We have just completed on our sale with manning stainton Morley. had no issues whatsoever. The team were great, Andrew was quick to get photos done and come round after a valuation. The ‘ghost’ system is also really good as we came off the market for a little while but was super quick and easy to get back up.
