Mannings were excellent on the sale of our property. Charlotte Poutney was our dedicated move manager and she was amazing. Our sale was really complicated and lots of things seemed to go wrong along the way. Charlotte was on the phone every day chasing things through and keeping everyone informed.

We had a lovely agent Tyler Cavanagh who helped us move to our new house. They were very accommodating, patient and understanding especially with all our requests! We had regular and clear updates. They were also very quick in responding! All around a great agency to go with.

Michelle from the sales team was proactive in contacting us when the property came on the market and arranged a viewing quickly.
Once the sale was agreed the move mangers Gemma and Rochelle would update us weekly which was very useful. Finally, whenever we had an issue Gemma and Rochelle would follow up with seller or the solicitors to keep things moving along as we had a very tight timeline to meet.

Becky was my allocated sales negotiator and has recently been involved in the sale of my property. She was friendly, professional and has kept me in the loop at all times. She was honest with me and ensured that all feedback from viewings was sent to me in a timely manner. I can't recommend Manning Stainton, in particular Becky enough!!
