It is certainly true that buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience but they made it as stress free and easy to navigate as was possible. Jacob took us through the sales process smoothly and valued and listed our house and then handed us over to Natalie who was really helpful and a good point of contact when dealing with offers. Once the offer was in we were handed over to Joanne for the rest of the process and she was great -very responsive to any query and excellent at chasing up all parties in the process in a calm manner. I would highly recommend Manning Stainton.

Just had a viewing with Dave. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable re the area, very helpful and gives fab advice. If you're wanting to view a property ask for Dave on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know I'm going to !!

To be fair, you actually sold it four times but other people & their broken chains were the problem !!

Lovely estate agent, on time. Garden could have done with a bit of a tidy as it was a bit off putting. Hard to grasp the reality of how lovely it could be. But inside is very spacious. One bedroom’s decor debatable but nothing that can’t be changed.

I recently sold my property through the branch at crossgates and from start to finish it was a fantastic, stress free experience. From the invalution with Jacob, to completion of sale with Joanne the communication and service was impeccable. I was always informed of the viewing appointments and then the feedback provided after the viewings.
