Very helpful service from valuation, putting the house on market, getting us the best buyer and the whole sale process, they followed it through and made it easy for us. Highly recommended!

Just sold a house with Manning
Stainton. House sold before it properly went on the market. Efficient sales service. The client care and person in charge of ensuring the sale then went through smoothly was Zaini Miraj and I have to see her efficiency and seamless communication between myself and the buyer made the whole process very smooth and she was supportive with ironing out any glitches along the way.

Very efficient

I had the most smoothest and the best journey purchasing my second property and all credit goes to my move manager Zaini Miraj and manager Julie Hedley.

My first experience was not too great for many reasons, one being the move manager's poor interaction.

I was reluctant to be purchasing with Manning Stainton based on my previous experience and hoped my move manager would not be the previous one.

However, I was blessed to be allocated Zaini and she changed my perspective on Manning Stainton and has fully redeemed the business and changed my viewpoint!

Zaini provided me with updates at her earliest convenience and checked in with me before she went on annual leave and when she returned. Zaini explained all points until I understood and was always available when I had questions as well as responding fast and at a timely manner. I have worked with professionals for many years, however, the professionalism and effective communication Zaini provided me with has been outstanding.

Purchasing a house could be very over whelming and stressful, however, I did not feel these emotions at all. I felt the journey was very relaxed, smooth and stress free! I would recommend Zaini to all home buyers, she is definitely representing Manning Stainton to the best! Words cannot describe the difference between my experience from the first purchase to the second and this is all down to Zaini's professionalism, hard work and positive engagement as well as running with the case effectively.

Receiving the keys is always a positive and heart warming experience, however, Julie Hedley made this extremely special by giving me a goodie bag and made the keys personal by attaching a keyring with an imbedded trolley coin. Very handy!

The office is a welcoming and warming environment. I am a young female who loves social media and felt the office is a perfect "instagrammable" environment. I could not wait to take picture with my keys and be proud of my achievement!

Once again a big shout out to Zaini and the team at Manning Stainton.

Bought my house via Mannings 7.5 years ago and was very happy to sell with them - which was the right decision. Zaini at the Beeston branch was super helpful and supportive all the way along.
Highly recommended!

The whole team were very helpful in selling our house, especially Zaini Miraj, who rang us every week to keep us informed and had to make many phone calls to sort out delays from the buyers.
It was a prolonged sale but we got there in the end with the perseverance and kindness of you staff.

Charlotte Poutney was amazing in helping with our first house purchase. She always kept me up to date and in the loop, chasing both sides of solicitors to try not let things drag on longer than needed. She helped talk me through the whole process as I was a bit unsure what step was next and it was never too much for her to email or call me. Couldn't of asked for anything else, she was the perfect person for the job 😊

This estate agency was recommended to us and it did not disappoint in any way whatsoever. Communications were outstanding and,as clients, we felt that our opinions were listened to and always acted upon. The staff are professional and polite and the service offers great value for money. Total peace of mind throughout the whole process of selling our house. Thank you.

We sold and purchased with the Beeston branch who were excellent all the way through. We had three different people offering on our home within three days of going on the market which was really impressive. Special mention should go to Zaini
our move manager who constantly kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure both the sale and purchase got there in the end, she was both helpful and reassuring when things got stressful. We would definitely recommend using Manning Stainton.

Received an excellent service from Vicky. She was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and made the process completely stress free.

Vicky secured a mortgage and which I was extremely happy with and negotiated the purchase, successfully on my behalf.

I would highly recommend.

Vicky provided a fantastic customer service all the way through. She provided great advice and got me a great mortgage deal that I'm really happy with. She explained everything really clearly, always great communication, responding promptly with any questions or queries I had. She was so helpful and clearly knows her stuff making the mortgage process as stress free as possible. I would definitely contact Vicky again for mortgage or insurance advice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Very good client service, I received regular updates from Zaini Miraj.

Manning Stainton Beeston have been fantastic with the sale of my property. Dan came to provide the valuation, he's a really nice guy. Julie in the office is very friendly and a real joy to talk to. Special mention to Zaini Miraj, who was the real superstar through out the transaction. Zaini was quick to respond to emails and return calls, Zaini kept me updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mannings Stainton to anyone.

Before instructing Manning's I had another estate agent round to value the property. The asking price they advised was ridiculous. You need to mindful that estate agents have the tendency to over list properties initially to then bring the price down. Dan at Manning's recommended a realistic list price that I was both happy with and felt was realistic. Needless to say we didn't need to drop the price Dan's valuation was spot on.

Thanks to all the team at the Beeston branch!

Manning stainton made this very stressful time a breeze its been a pleasure working with them they were very efficient and kept us inform the whole time absolutely too draw

The staff are so amazing and friendly! They were there to help us every step of the way, especially Zaini who worked closely with us throughout the process. Zaini was AMAZING! She was always there to help with any question or queries as well as keeping us on top of what we had to get done in order to complete on our house sale. Thank you Manning Stainton (Beeston branch) for everything :)

Thanks manning Stainton for helping us move thankyou to Zaini Miraj for keeping us informed throughout the process

The staff were professional and helpful and the sale of my property went through smoothly. Zaini the move manager was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to chase her for information, she was in touch at least once a week usually several times, so I always knew what stage we were at in the process. Zaini definatley made the sale a lot less stressful than a house sale normally is.

Quick, easy, good communication. Couldn't have wished for a smoother sales experience.
