Manning Stainton has the house next door to me in the very bad winter a slate came of it fell on my garden it was all in one piece this was weeks ago nothing has been done now the guttering is coming down and part of the fall pipe I told them again the attitude is terrible I complained again said it could effect my guttering as its next to mine the fall pipe is joined next to mine I told them this its like talking to a brick wall I would never recommend Manning Stainton to any one It has not been rectified it still has the slate off the guttering falling off and the fall pipe hanging off you need to send some one to inspect it the person who told you it had been rectified is not telling the truth . I said the slte came off when it was all the rain and wind the guttering came off a few weeks ago and the fall pipe came off this week . I'd like you to send someone to look at it . I have the slate . The people I spoke to was not at all helpful this week I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn't here another one slammed the phone down on me because I was very angry at the progress you made . If in future there is a problem I won't ring you . Please send some one to see it and send me your apology the address is 27 Stanmore Grove ls42rj I am 80yrs old and don't tell lies some of the repairs have been done in a fashion but the slate has not been replaced . I would like the manager to ring me to put the matter to rest

Tom was great in helping us secure our purchase. We really appreciated his clear communication and regular updates.
