Very good customer service - we used their bespoke service and they got the colour match perfectly!

There was even a slight printing error which they were happy to resolve without and questions asked!

We used Mally’s Crafts for all of our signage on our wedding day in July of this year. We honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! The signs we purchased were perfectly made & some signs we personalised such as our table plan and welcome sign which all arrived perfectly too! It’s super easy to personalise the signs when placing an order which really was helpful as wedding planning can be stressful, but we had absolutely no issues at all with placing our orders. We had to contact customer service for a sign that arrived broken due to the courier not handling it correctly during delivery but this was dealt with super speedily & with absolutely no problems by the friendly team with prompt updates on a replacement which was sent in time for our wedding day. We were so pleased with all our signage & even our guests complimented how classy & elegant it all looked & how it all matched our venue so perfectly! There are so many different design options for all types of venues which is fab. Super super pleased!

Ordered a foam board welcome sign. I was sent the draft to check everything over before it was printed and I'd changed my mind on the font colour. This was done and a new draft sent at no extra cost. The shipping was a day late but not the fault of the seller. My foam board is absolutely fantastic. Amazing qaulity and well packaged.Perfect in every way. Exactly what I'd asked for.

Our signs came spot on when expected and were absolutely perfect for our big day. Malloy craft were great with communicating to us when I had emailed regarding delivery times and when to order for our big day.

Excellent from start to finish. We provided all details requested and examples were sent asap. We then request some minor changes, which were our own fault and this was changed no issues what so ever. Packaging and delivery were as stated and the products we ordered were in excellent condition. We love the range and the customisable element to the products, which made our signage even more bespoke to our special day! Thank you so much!

Ordered a large batch of newspapers for our wedding paper but the quality was extremely poor. Several copies were ripped, had inconsistent alignment with margins for the bleed around the edge of the newspaper, and had a stray line to segregate the pages which was not on the original design. Some of the designs had smudged ink across the front page. There appeared to be no QA conducted before posting these out to us, and it’s baffling how anyone could think this was of the high quality expected.

Furthermore, when my fiancée contacted customer support and asked them to address the concerns and process a refund, all we got back was confirmation that a refund had been processed. We attached pictures and everything. Although a refund was appreciated, we questioned why the concerns were not addressed, to which someone called Cassandra replied to say they had done what was asked of them. We will not be confident using the service again moving forward without this reassurance.

Lastly, I would be wary of the average review of 4.6 considering the 1* review my fiancée left last month is not even available. There are several bad experiences noted on here.

Absolutely made up when I come across Mally’s Crafts ❤️ Excellent quality and value for money. Would definitely recommend to all future brides.

Our order arrived with mistakes, when we asked for this to be rectified we were told they would be dispatched within the week. Our wedding was in four days. We are still waiting for these to arrive over two months later.

Quick delivery and a high quality product

I was very impressed with how easy and straightforward ordering everything was! Communication via email was consistent and liked that they sent a copy of each item to show you what it would look like, making sure you were happy with it before sending to print. Quality was very good and just overall was very impressed with everything, I would definitely recommend using Mally Crafts!

Beware of this company! Cost me a lot of money for wedding stationary which was inadequate. They sent stationary that could not be Red because the text was so small. Unfortunately I did try to save some money by going to this company however it ended up costing me double because I had to go with a more professional company and their products were outstanding. They failed to acknowledge the standards of their stationary was not good enough. I did read other reviews but I cannot understand why they have received such high reviews. This was the only disappointing thing during the planning of my wedding.

The finished displays looked beautiful and were professionally presented, adding a lovely touch to our Christmas themed wedding décor. The table plan was easy for guests to read, the table numbers were elegant, and the personalised menus were a fantastic detail that our guests loved.
