הזמנתי נעליים בחודש מרץ 2026 ושילמתי עבורן, אך עד היום, אוקטובר 2026, לא קיבלתי את הנעליים. פניתי לחברה מספר פעמים בהודעות ולא קיבלתי מענה. אני מאוכזבת מאוד מהשירות ומכך ששילמתי ולא קיבלתי את המוצר. אני עדיין ממתינה לפתרון ולהחזר כספי.

Honestly I don’t know where all the bad reviews are coming from
I admit it I saw them after placing the orders and was very worried so I contacted support about cancelling the order but they didn’t help with that and replied like auto bots ( same goes for changing phone number )
As for the shoes it self I just got them and they look clean even if they are replicas I’m still happy with them I would recommend but make sure u enter the right details

J'ai commandé et après 6 semaines je n'ai rien reçu pas de réaction du service client après 4 emails envoyés. C'est une arnaque

בתאריך 14.6.2026 ביצעתי באתר MallShoes הזמנה של נעלי און קלאוד Cloud X ON RUNNING BLACK WHITE Size מידה 40 נשים, מספר הזמנה #203530 בסכום של 349 ש"ח
הנעליים התקבלו רק לאחר כ־חודש וחצי, וכאשר החבילה הגיעה התברר כי נשלח אליי מספר שונה מזה שהוזמן ושעבורו שילמתי.
מדובר באספקה שאינה תואמת את ההזמנה שבוצעה.
אני דורשת לקבל, ללא כל עלות נוספת מצדי, את המוצר שהזמנתי.
לחלופין, אם אין באפשרותכם לספק את המוצר שהוזמן, אני דורש לבטל את העסקה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא, כולל כל סכום ששולם עבור המשלוח, וזאת ללא חיוב כלשהו בגין החזרת המוצר השגוי.
אבקש לקבל בתוך 3 ימי עסקים אישור בכתב כיצד בכוונתכם לטפל בעניין, וכן הנחיות להחזרת המוצר שנשלח אליי בטעות, במידת הצורך.
אציין כי הנעליים שהתקבלו נשמרו ברשותי ולא נעשה בהן שימוש.
ככל שהעניין לא יטופל בתוך פרק הזמן האמור, אפנה לרשות להגנת הצרכן ולסחר הוגן, למועצה הישראלית לצרכנות ולחברת האשראי, ואשקול נקיטת צעדים נוספים לשם קבלת כספי.
אני מצפה לטיפול מיידי וענייני.

Sent an email to the store. No answer for almost a week
This is a fraud! Do not buy there

Fraud!!!! Do NOT buy!!!! I placed my order over three months ago and still haven't received my goods. I contacted customer support multiple times, but never received a response. The communication appears to be nonexistent, and there is no meaningful customer service.

חבל שאי אפשר לתת ציון "אפס", כנראה שזו חברה פיקטיבית.
כמעט שלושה חודשים - ויש חיווי בודד שהחבילה יצאה לדרך...

Friends and I paid for a few pairs each. 100's of shekels each.

They are non-responsive. No shoes received.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Three months and I didn’t receive my shoes, no one answered in costumers service, don’t bye from them!!

אני מחכה להזמנה שלי 179282 כבר 3 חודשים השירות גרוע ולא עונה לענין
אלאתשובה קבועה נשלחת כנראה אוטומטית

אל תיפלו בפח!!!!!!!!!!!!! הנעליים אף פעם לא מגיעות וגם לא יגיעו. זה שקר אחד גדול!!!!!!

Very frustrated. Their prices are too good to be true - because they are not true. Money down the drain. Paid with paypal, but the payment went to an individual and is not reclaimable. Suspect this is a fraudulent company.

I haven't received my order... for over two months.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Except for the website nothing works. No shoes received. no customer service. Just money down the drain. From other reviews I can tell that even if I would have received it would not have been original product.

הזמנתי לפני למעלה מחודש וחצי את ההזמנה שלי וכלום
אין עדכונים לגביה
לא טורחים לשלוח כלום
לא עונים לפניות שפניתי אליהם
והכסף הלך לפח
ובכל אופן אני הולכת לתבוע אותם
אל תזמינו מהם כי הם פשוט חנות דפוקה ולא אמינה בכלל

I ordered shoes about four months ago, i didn't get any shoes and when i tried to contact them, nobody answered me or got back to me. I'm down 100 dollars and i have no idea where they went

I live in Israel. I made an order for shoes six weeks ago, May 8, with mallshoes.co.il. The company state that they provide full insurance for delivery, but provide no information on when one becomes eligible to claim and how to claim. They provide a so-called tracking page, but from the moment I made my order and ever afterwards, that page has provided no specific information, rather it simply lists some general unsubstantiated claims. I have never received any real tracking information or any proof that the package exists at all. The company allows one to submit an issue for referral, but mine was replied to with the same general claims that had been made throughout and no specific information or reply to the question I raised. The system has disallowed a second issue on the same order. To summarise, after six weeks, I have no real evidence that I have not simply thrown my money away.

Another week has passed and still no response.

How long after payment for the ordered product will I have the product? What about customer service?

It was terrible!
