We hired the car from 10.30 to 18.00. €46.44 was the charge for this period along with €150 deposit charge. We refueled to the amount that was in it before leaving the car back at 18.00. When finalising the hiring another charge of €59.12 was added. There was no mention of this charge when hiring the car. According to the App it said NO HIDDEN CHARGES!. When Malco were phoned about this they said we didn't have to refuel the car and the instructions were inside the vehicle. They will return the cost of refuelling in 5 to 10 days but not the extra €59.12 hidden cost, which should be advised about on the App. We hired the vehicle for a specific time to use, not to be sitting inside it reading instructions! Especially in 24° heat.

I used the services of Malco over Easter and I was really impressed with the service that I got. I landed at 1am in the morning, returning the car at 4am later in the week and even at these unsocial hours the delivery of the vehicle and collection was faultless. No hassle with the deposit, returned within 24 hours. Thanks Malco Team !!

Lo recomiendo! alquilé un coche hace poco en el aeropuerto de Valencia, super cómoda y rápida la recogida y la entrega del vehículo. Solo 100€ de fianza y me ka devolvieron en 2 días.

Second time of using Malco Car Hire.
First was an excellent experience.
Second not quite so good.
Have lost part of my deposit due to not returning the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle wasn’t full when I picked it up.Also the car wasn’t very clean.
My advice is just take a few extra minutes on your journey.
Take photos of anything you’re not happy with.
Unfortunately I didn’t.

Alquile una furgoneta para viajar en familia y todo fue fenomenal. La furgoneta con solo 20000km casi nueva. Muy buena conducción. El trato del personal excelente y el precio también. Para volver a repetir cuando me haga falta alquilar un vehículo.

Fantastic car hire company, no fuss, cars/vans are in great condition and always ready to go. The staff at castellon depot are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Been using Malco for over a year now and I won't be changing. 6*

To drop off you have to call a number 20 mins before to meet at the airport. They do not have a stall with a representative anywhere. We called a number provided to us, that number was unavailable. We went on the website and found the number for the corresponding airport and called them. They also didn't answer. We eventually had to get a list of numbers from the 3rd party website to give us a list of numbers to try. This was all on our way to the airport as the drive was longer than 30 minutes. After us stressing for 20+ minutes trying to find a number where someone answers we ended up parking at the airport while we found the number where someone picks up. As at this point we were already at the airport, the representative was very rude, and while we were trying to explain the situation would unhelpfully tell us that "this is not the number" even though we called the number provided on the sheet they gave us and a number displayed on their website. In the end we had to pay for parking at the airport because we had been there for too long waiting for someone to arrive, and after they threatened keeping my deposit. Also I'm pretty sure that as soon as we left they provided that same car to the next client who had just landed while we were leaving, without any checking of the car. Although the car was fine during the trip, the whole experience was pretty shady.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, rentamos el coche por 10 días, y renovamos el contrato por mas días vía WhatsApp sin ningún problema. El coche en excelentes condiciones, cómodo y limpio, recorrimos 3mil km sin inconvenientes. El trato del personal muy amable. Lo recomendaría sin dudar.

Es un RAC excelente....rapidez, precios correctos, envio de facturas rapido, variedad en modelos, etc.
Esto se consigue con personas muy trabajadoras que respetan su labor; y el tiempo de los demas. Gracias!!!

Excelente servicio tanto al recoger y devolver el coche. De lejos el mejor en el aeropuerto de Alicante.

Estafadores!!!
Soy afectado dana alquilaba el coche por semanas en una de esas semanas cojo el coche en el aeropuerto de manises entregado por una empresa que tienen contratada me entregan un vehículo inferior al contratado, ante la premura para que no me cobren un disparate por el parking express a que e dan una tarjeta la cual tienes que pagar tu al salir no repase el.coche.
A los pocos días mi hija cierra la puerta y al cerrarla se rompe la luna trasera se le caen todos los cristales en la cabeza.
Llamo a su grúa y tarda más de 4 horas en venir en plena noche.Me dejan sin coche me dicen que me pase a la mañana siguiente a la oficina de Manises.
Ya en la oficina de Manises a la cual tuve que ir en taxi que no me pagaron aun dejándome esos días sin coche me Dan otro pero me dicen que tengo que abonar otra fianza que esa me la devolverán al salir del taller ya que el chófer de la grúa me dijo que era porque la luna me la entregarían con una raja.
A los tres días acudo y en vez de devolverve las dos fianzas que me debían habiendo contratado el seguro premiun necesitando ese dinero para poder alquilar otra semana el coche porque no dispongo de ninguno por la Dana me dicen que se quedan las dos fianzas aparte tengo que pagar casi 400 por la reparación cuando me entregaron mal el coche encima tenia el todo riesgo contratado.
Que poca empatia que ladrones y que poca solidaridad.

Alquilé un coche en MALCO Valencia aeropuerto para disfrutar de un fin de semana de Fallas. Recogí el coche el viernes por la noche para ir a Albal, a 20 km.
Al día siguiente, a las 11.30 de la mañana, el coche no arrancaba. Lo intenté una y otra vez, pero la batería de este Fiat Panda híbrido no funcionaba. Y entonces se desató el infierno y gracias a Malco se arruinó mi fin de semana fallero.

Llamé a la oficina de Malco Valencia, que estaba cerrada. Luego llamé al número de emergencias para pedir asistencia. Me atendió una persona muy antipática. El mecánico con la grúa llegó dos horas más tarde. El veredicto del mecánico: el coche se había averiado y había que llevarlo al taller (¡pero el mecánico no podía subirlo al remolque porque era un coche de Malco!). Entonces llamé por teléfono al equipo de empleados encargados de dar/retirar los coches al aeropuerto, para pedir un cambio de vehículo. Me dijeron que no podían cambiarme el coche sin autorización de la oficina... el problema era que la oficina estaba cerrada hasta el lunes.

Como el mecánico había conseguido poner un mínimo de batería, conseguí conducir este peligroso coche hasta el aeropuerto y lo dejé allí. Me fui en taxi, sin coche y con mucho dinero perdido.

Me puse en contacto con Malco vía Whatsapp. No hubo respuesta. Llamé a la oficina y un empleado me dijo que no podía reclamar el reembolso porque el precio por un día de alquiler era el mismo que por tres días. Entonces le expliqué que ni siquiera había utilizado el coche un día porque se había averiado a los 30 minutos !!! El empleado me dio el correo electrónico para presentar una reclamación. Escribí inmediatamente y hace quince días que no recibo respuesta de Malco.

En resumen, Malco, una empresa de la que soy cliente habitual, me ha tratado muy mal. Estoy esperando una disculpa y un reembolso. Es lo menos que puede hacer esta empresa. Si alquilan coches averiados, que cesen en su actividad.

Vriendelijke vlotte service zowel bij het afhalen als bij het terugbrengen van de wagen. Geen gezeur over extra verzekeringen of pechverhelping. Geen wachttijd, wagen onmiddellijk beschikbaar bij het verlaten van de luchthaven op korte afstand. Een aanrader !

Second time we use MALCO (previously in Alicante airport). Great communication. As we travelled with bicycles meet&greet service was great. Definetelly first choice car hire next time too.

Everything was ok - the car has been delivered to the meeting point at the airport and collected from the same place as well. Car was ok, no problems with it. The deposit has been returned to my account on the next day. Thank you! In my opinion the company is trusty and the service is worth its price. Te only (slight, anyway) inconvenience is lack of the office in the airport. Jan from Poland
