I booked a car using Malco and they provided a damaged vehicle with filthy interior! I tried calling them to get it replaced but they ignored my messages and calls! When I emailed, all they offer is a free upgrade on the next booking! Do not use!!

Reservé un auto con Malco y me proporcionaron un vehículo dañado con el interior sucio. Intenté llamarlos para que me lo reemplazaran, ¡pero ignoraron mis mensajes y llamadas! Cuando envié un correo electrónico, ¡todo lo que ofrecen es una actualización gratuita en la próxima reserva! ¡¡No lo uses!!

It was a good company, not anymore : web site broken for days, no answer to email, no answers to phone calls. Is the company still alive, and if yes are they still interested in renting cars?

Цена за аренду автомобиля с полной страховкой и депозитом всего в 100 евро просто сказка. Правда есть ограничение пробега: я брал на 13 дней, ограничение 1950 км, но мне это устраило. Встретили в аэропорту, достался практически новый Сеат Ибица с пробегом менее 3000 км. Сдал авто также в аэропорту. Депозит вернули через неделю. Я рекомендую!!! Хороший опыт.

I am a big fan of MALCO . Today definitely reinforced this opinion . The Golf I ordered had not been returned in time . So the super kind lady on the desk upgraded me to a brand new VW T-Cros but at the Golf rate . The process was smooth . The service is always professional and client centric . The best !

5 years happy, I have rented cars from Malco for 5 consecutive years, at Castellon Airport, no other rental company has offered that assurance of only paying 100 euros deposit, that's for fuel, and is returned promptly if you refill, if you don't they will only take a little more than the fill up cost. Considering you are not next to a petrol station I think that's fair play. Most importantly you are covered for any damage. I haven't ever damaged a car, however other companies take a 1000 euro deposit and are likely to complain about a dust scratch, which can be removed with T-Cut.
Rest assured Malco, for me, personally, have been the best rental experience I've found in Spain. I say that genuinely, after troubles with bigger corporations.
It's the type of service that benefits customers, I hope it continues with the same ethics, makes life so easy for holidays with no car stress.

Just got to Malaga airport to pick up our car. Only to be told the meet & greet guy has no record of our booking. We have a booking reference number, a confirmed booking email. But still no & as it’s a Saturday the office is closed!! Shocking service. Please do not use this car rental company!!

Facilidad para realizar la reserva, buen abanico de vehículos, recogida y devolución sencillos. Te avisan de que has de devolver el depósito lleno.

Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto a Valencia a luglio su internet attraverso il sito della società. La prenotazione è stata semplice e veloce ed abbiamo pagato con una carta di debito. Mi hanno inviato le istruzioni per ritirare l'auto in aeroporto. La procedura è stata talmente facile che ci sono sorti dei dubbi sulla veridicità del noleggio. Invece, all'arrivo a Valencia, due persone ci hanno accolto con un'auto praticamente nuova. abbiamo firmato il contratto ed hanno prelevato un deposito di 100 euro dalla nostra carta di debito. L'auto aveva compreso nel prezzo 100km al giorno che noi abbiamo superato, in quindici giorni, di pochi chilometri. Quando siamo tornati all'aeroporto, per riconsegnare l'auto col pieno di benzina fatto e la macchina che abbiamo addiritturo lavato, ci aspettavamo una noiosa procedura di chiusura noleggio. Invece il personale ha dato una rapida occhiata all'auto e ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivato il rimborso del deposito. Tutto in cinque minuti! Devo dire che la procedura ci ha lasciato perplessi in quanto non ci avevano rilasciato un foglio di conferma che l'auto era perfetta. Morale della storia: dopo dieci giorni ci è arrivato correttamente il deposito che avevamo dato ad inizio noleggio, decurtato di pochi euro per i km extra che avevamo fatto. A questo punto ci sentiamo in dovere di fare questa recensione positiva. L'auto nuova ad un prezzo onesto, il servizio efficiente e la correttezza dimostrata ci obbligano a scrivere questa recensione.

Brand new car, quick and friendly service at pick-up and return in Alicante, all details clear from the start and friendly support online anytime, great price with full insurance. Got no worries for 2 weeks. Excellent service, great experience. We will be back for a new rental 100 %.

Mijn ervaring was erg positief. Het ophalen van de auto verliep snel en soepel, net als het terugbrengen. Er waren geen onverwachte kosten en de borg stond al binnen één dag op mijn rekening. Zeer tevreden! Ik zou ze zeker aanbevelen aan anderen!

Poca espera a la recogida del vehiculo en el Aeropuerto de Malaga. En la devolución hubo un mal entendido y se tardó un poco mas. Por lo demás el coche perfecto y nuevo. Lo aconsejo.

If you rent a car from Malco with limit of 1200 kilometers please take a good look before you sign the papers.
My story begun on 10 august 2024 when i have arived at the Alicante Airport. I called on the provided phone number and i get to the pickup point explained in the confirmation email. In just a few minutes a guy from the Malco staff has arived with car and the papers. We looked on the papers and at the leaving kilometers section were different from what was writted on the car screen. Because it was late and the Malco office closed we taked a picture of the paper, screen of the car and the id of the Malco reprezentative and we left to our acomodation.
When I handed over the car, I informed the person who was in charge of picking up the car about this aspect and he assured us not to be worry that everything would be resolved, and it was.
Overall, I can say that I was very satisfied with the experience I had with the Malco company and I recommend it to everyone.
Although I only give them 4 stars because of that mistake.

Avoid this Company.. Arrived Valencia Airport after a 2 hour delay. Called the number and no answer Called again and again and then Called the office and again no answer. This was 9.30 pm Saturday evening. Had to get a cab to Moraira costing 200 euros. The next day I called the number again and a man answered and told me they don't check flight times and then hung up.
Absolutely the worst treatment ever by a car company.
