1 Star – Unfulfilled Order and Refund Refusal Despite Delay
I ordered jewelry from Magal Jewelry on October 26th, but after purchase, the company emailed me saying my order would be delayed and would not ship “hopefully” until “at least” November 10 well past their advertised timeframe. I requested a cancellation before shipment, but they refused to issue a refund, citing a “no refund after 24 hours” policy. This violates FTC rules requiring sellers to offer refunds when they fail to ship on time. I have found customer service to be poor with the only communication via email once every 24 hours, and based on other similar reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I may now have to file a chargeback and report the company to the FTC and NY Attorney General and if you find yourself in the same boat please review your consumer protection rights. Buyers beware, read reviews carefully before ordering.

High quality jewelry
I have purchased several pieces over the last year from this company and they are all beautiful and high quality. This last order I chose the wrong color for the bracelet, when I realized it I sent them an email and they responded right away and made the change for me no questions asked. Excellent customer service!

I have been a Magal customer since 2020-I now have 14 bracelets!!! The quailty and beauty of the pieces is stellar, the shipping is fast, and I am still utterly delighted with my purchases. My most recent bracelet is a black and sterling silver "ring of love" which is beautiful. Highly recommended.
