I recently had an air-source heat pump, newly replaced radiators, additional radiators in the extension part of my house where no radiators previously existed, a water cylinder, and solar panels installed by Macbrook Gas Ltd. I cannot praise them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and beyond my expectations.

A special acknowledgment goes to Marcus, Andy, and Tom, the incredible plumbing team with whom I spent the most time during the installation. We bonded well, and I truly appreciated their dedication, skill, and amiable personalities. Their efficiency and meticulous attention to detail were outstanding, ensuring every aspect of their work was performed to the highest standard. They kept me well-informed, were always polite and respectful in and around my home, and their great sense of humor made the experience all the more enjoyable. Their knowledge and expertise exceeded my preconceived notions and expectations, and I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you, Marcus, Andy, and Tom, you were fantastic!

The entire installation was completed in just three days. On the third day, electricians Leon and Matthew arrived to wire everything up to the air-source heat pump with impressive efficiency and professionalism. Leon even supported my small business by purchasing one of my handmade scented candles - a thoughtful touch!

Tiago and his apprentice, Morgan, worked seamlessly together. Tiago ensured the solar panel system was perfectly installed while actively involving Morgan in the process and helping with his training and development. Their teamwork and communication were exemplary.

On the last day, a team of five or six skilled installers erected the scaffolding and fitted 10 solar panels on my roof with remarkable speed and precision. Watching them work so efficiently, while keeping the atmosphere buzzing with laughter and lightheartedness, was truly inspiring. (Managing everyone’s coffee orders was a challenge, LOL!)

A big shoutout also goes to the admin staff at Macbrook Gas Ltd, who were incredibly helpful and understood my needs from the first survey to the project's successful completion.

Overall, Macbrook Gas Ltd.'s level of teamwork, professionalism, and expertise was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone considering renewable energy solutions for their home. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Marcus, Andy, Tom, Leon and Tiago, you made this experience unforgettable!

Very impressed from start to finish. The office staff polite and very helpful all the trades who attended my property were respectful and friendly and offered advice when asked. All clean and tidy. Great job well done everyone.

I was anxious about the work being done, I have 9 rescue dogs and was worried about doors and gates being left open. I had no need to worry, the lads Cameron, Callum and Toby and Neil the electrician were very careful and mindful of the dogs.
The work was over a three day period. Complete new air pump heat system, all new radiators, solar panels and loft insulation. They started working the moment they arrived and didn't stop even for lunch and cups of tea/coffee.
Very hardworking and diligent, cleaning up after themselves and moving things as needed. Very pleasant polite young men with a good sense of humour. Made the experience much less painful than I expected and were a pleasure to have around and meet. Extremely impressed with the quality and speed of the work and would happily have them back.
I'm very grateful for this opportunity and am delighted with the service all round.

I had a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler fitted by John and Karl, who also had to drain and take my hot water tank out, also cap one of the pipes. Up and down into my little tiny loft (good job John is a little cutie 🤣🤣) pull carpets and floorboards up to put in new pipes to fit to new boiler. Also drill a hole in the outside wall so the flu could fit. They cleaned up after themselves and kept their work areas clean and tidy. They both would knock on my lounge door to talk to me (aww so polite and just lovely) they warned me of any hazards (floorboards up upstairs, pipes on floor ect). Would tell me when they had to go and get more parts and when they were taking a break (they didn't need to do that...everyone is entitled to a break, did and drink ect 🥰)

Honestly they were both absolutely amazing and so polite and hilarious. They has to drive a very long way to get to me but were always upbeat and smiling when they were here, no matter how tired they were.

Not sure who the eco4 system is eco for because it doesn't heat my house and costa fortune to do absolutely nothing was told by installers that the rads won't feel hot which to me means neither will the house and oh look it's freezing they put the smallest radiator goin In the babys room which wouldn't heat a box room let alone the room it's in they already come to replace the heatpump once because the one they put in originally wouldn't of heated a caravan let alone a house the system wasn't explained to us when fitted and they couldn't gey out of here quick enough some of their workers have been great but over all a terrible experience with 600 pound a month electric bills to say I miss my oil heating would be an understatement the house is fin freezing ....thanks that would be appreciated

I gave been trying to contact Macbrook as I have a problem with my heating no answer when you call should be an answer phone but doesn't seem to be working. 2 weeks age had no heating or hot water and no way to contact them in an emergency The problem is happening again today 14th December

solar panes and air heat pump , the engineers who fitted system were excellent, however 1 radiator was damaged and one missing, 4 weeks and we our still waiting for the job to be finished , we have had 3 no shows to finish job as engineers have been delayed on other jobs, solar system was fitted so quickly engineer did not even how to use or log on app , still waiting for someone from macbrook to contact us

Having a new heating system installed I thought would be a nightmare but from installers, electricians, plumbers & people on the end of a phone etc, they have made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you all for your help & support & for going the extra mile! Much appreciated.

I’ve had an air source heat pump and solar panels fitted this week by Macbrook Gas under the ECO4 grant scheme . I have to say that I had an unbelievable experience with these guys from start to finish. Everything was explained in depth by the surveyor for both the initial survey and ashp survey. The guys that installed the heat pump were very efficient and very tidy, they explained how my system work in depth with me when they finished the install and answered any questions I wanted answered. Thank you Macbrook gas for this

Well organised company .guys carried out installion
with great teamwork and effientancy.
new system takes a while to get used to.instruction booklet needs several readings to digest properly.

So pleased with the work carried out, they were respectful of our home and listened to how we wanted things done.

All the work was carried out to a very high standard and in a timely manner.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

Macbrook have done an amazing job with my Mum’s central heating installation but she is severely disabled with limited mobility and they did leave quite a bit of mess.. There was a hole left in her bedroom wall where they ripped out an old heater.. they come and filled the hole and put it right outside but her bedroom wall now needs replastering over the hole inside.. apart from those 2 issues relatively satisfied with the work

I’ve just had two amazing guys from Mon to Fri insulating my house . They were professional, friendly , tidy . What a pleasure. Connor and I can’t remember the other guys name . So well done guys I highly recommend you both . First class
