After having so many strange phone calls asking about the house and solar panels and heating. I actually accepted a call from MacBook gas for somebody to come and do a survey, very surprised when he turned up did a survey. I thought that would be the last we would hear of it, but no phone call saying we passed all the tests on the government scheme and if we wanted they would come and fit the heaters. We decided when the survey was being done not to have the solar panels. Fortunately, the estimator in the office have estimated those into the cost plus another Heater. The day of the fitting came the solar panels a day earlier they came at seven in the morning. The scaffolding went straight up. The solar panels were straight up and they were gone just after lunch absolutely brilliant, working clean, tidy friendly. The heaters were fitted the next day, any phone calls to their office were always helpful and friendly. This may seem a long review, but when I say we are very very happy and trust this company and it’s been a delight to say to all the other Pho people we’ve already done it. We now have a smart meter and supplying energy back to the grid we’re hoping it all pays off better for us

Want to say how great my experience was with MacBook Ltd . The girls on the phone a brilliant always helpful and have returned calls promptly, keeping me informed. Had a guy called Matt come and straight away he knew what my problems were with my boiler , ended up with 3 different things wrong and he picked up straight away . Very helpful explaining to me what was wrong . Curious and good sense of humour. Definitely recommend him from this company. Thank you so much for your help which thought was a 5 minute job and ended up 3 hours or more . Brilliant service

Professional and excellent customer service all round. The installation was seamless and without incident, clearing up and disposal of cardboard et cetera. Special thanks to Megan Brandish who played a key role ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I am extremely impressed by the Macbrook team and their sub-contractors. George has been fantastic at arranging appointments and checking in. Every member of the team who visited my home were kind, polite and professional. There was a lot of work to be undertaken, however it was carried out with care and professionalism with little to no disruption to myself. Each step was explained to me in detail. I can’t thank you all enough.

MacBrook did a great job replacing my old boiler. They did a very thorough survey and then came after to do the boiler switch. They worked hard and tested everything well, giving me the information i needed. They also cleaned up after themselves. They will also refer me to an electrician to replace switches etc which they left for them to do. I will get the old boiler removed in a few days. The office did a follow up call to check that everything went well and will remind the electrician. I would definitiely recommend MacBrook.

We had solar panels and new electric radiators installed via the EC04 government grant, and once the initial checks and surveys were completed it was all installed within a week.
All the people who came to our house were very polite and they did a great job.
We’re just waiting for the forms to come through so we can register with our electricity supplier to benefit from selling back our excess energy, hopefully that will be soon.
Several of our neighbours have asked us about Macbrook and we were more than happy to pass on their details.

Today was the final visit from this first class company and all its employees.Henry and Mick had the daunting task of being in our loft on a boiling hot day plus having to collect the rolls of insulation from outside and up the stairs. Polite considerate and tidying as they go, I wish all companies had this type of employee.

Last week I had an amazing team completing a major overhaul of my property,
Central heating, loft insulation, extractors, the lot. I can safely say that all of the team of guys who visited my house were very professional and absolutely amazing. They arrived each day on time and carried on throughout the week in extremely hot temperatures to complete the install on time. I would have no hesitation in referring them to other individuals. The install was completed Friday 13th and the Ana, Megan and her team contacted me on Monday 16th to enquire the outcome of the install.
Amazing job all round Team.

Macbrook updated our old heaters, the 2 electricians arrived early in the morning, they were very pleasant and worked hard all day. They cleared up as they worked and did an excellent job. We were pleased to see a representative of Macbrook during the day to see how the work was going. Megan phoned a day later to check everything was OK! A caring and professional service - I would definitely recommend them.

System has never worked properly and has an almost constant cut out fault displayed with a code
Company are slow to fix the issue with loads of promises but little actual remedy work
System is still faulty after a year
Lots of issue including damage to property all left unresolved

I had 2 plumbers here for 5 days and they did an absolutely amazing job. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they kept me informed about all what was being done. Honestly couldn’t find fault with anything. Congratulations Nick and Tristan you were brilliant.

After sales service excellent. Kept me informed regarding the progress of my enquiry. Very efficient and professional with all the communication I had. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

well all i can say is they turned up on time . on monday morning got straight to work taking my old boiler, water tank ,and hot water tank and old piping .started to install new combi boilers monday afternoon , finished the whole instalation by tuesday afternoon , electrican came over on tuesday afternon took out all old wiring and connect to boiler , wednesday builders came and filled in old flue hole and also waste team came wednesday to take all the rubbish away . all four trades man did a fantastic jub THANKYOU

Ian from Macbrook Gas came over today to fit a Magnetic Filter to our Boiler.
Ian was very efficient and explained what the filter did and benefits it gives to the central heating system.

Given 5☆ without a doubt, communication from the team was excellent, they all cleaned up after themselves, I couldn't have asked for a smoother service.
I would like to especially thank Simon the surveyor, Tristan and Nick the plumbers and communicators, they worked so hard everyday they were here.

Engineers arrived on time and worked hard to complete our new boiler installation quickly and efficiently. They checked it was all ok before explaining how it worked and left very little mess behind. Cannot complain at all about their hard work and constant communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.
