I ordered a Macaron Tower from Macarons & More and the whole experience was flawless from start to finish. Rose from customer service was amazing – quick, clear and incredibly helpful with her instructions.

The delivery arrived exactly when promised, and the packaging was so careful. They even included extra macarons in case of any damage, but not a single macaron was broken! Everything was perfect.

The flavours were absolutely lovely, each one truly enjoyable. My daughter was extremely happy with her birthday macaron tower – it made her day so special.

Thank you so much to every single member of the team for the care and effort you put into this. Highly recommended!

Rude staff member, when asked a question on flavours, reluctantly answered, pulling faces, with the other member of staff who was trying not to laugh. A belittling experience. Very disappointing from such a renowned store.

Beautiful macarons to look at, light and airy and delicious. The only thing missing was that they were not chewy in the slightest, and that’s the bit I love about a good macaron, their slightly chewy texture. But otherwise, they were very nice.

This is the second order placed, in both cases the macarons arrived v quickly (within 48 hours of placing the order) and were carefully & thoughtfully packaged.
The macarons themselves are stunning: delicious, so fresh & the flavours are beautiful.

I have ordered Ms&M several times and never once disappointed or underwhelmed. The consistency of the quality of macarons, brownies and cake truffles are superb, really fresh and tasted so good. Furthermore, it allows the customer to book the delivery day slot and collecting points to use as a reduction for next purchase. That's really just a cherry on the top of already a great online bakery shop. I wish they expand their bakery ranges or cakes that I can order online without having to collect. Not sure how it will turn out after being transported in the box though. Nevertheless, it's already a great place that almost guarantee the pleasure and delightful moment when delivery day has arrived.

I have bought from Macarons and More in the past but felt it was about time I praised how delicious they are. The macaroons are so tasty and have a lot of depth to every one. So much better than ones you can buy in some stores.
I always pick my own flavours and you can chose the day of delivery.
They have never let me down and you get a one hour time slot from DPD to let you know when they will arrive.
In my opinion they are better value for money than a celebration cake which often goes to waste.

My friend got the macarons and brownies as a gift for my birthday. Lovely surprise, best macarons I've ever had! Looking forward to trying the brownies. I will be buying these as gifts for others in the future.
