Here I am , back again as this company yet again declines its standard of care, it seems like you have to leave a bad review and complain to the regulator just so that you can get a simple repeat prescription and a good standard of care for 6 months or so, that is until we come back here !

it is law that your medication is sent to A PHARMACY OF CHOICE. Which is good because id rather use IPS than the in house one with limited choices, BUT even though we have been down this road multiple times and i have been assured by multiple managers this is on my file their agent WIll tried yet again to FORCE me to use LP. This is bad/illigal practice and i will follow this review up with ANOTHER complaint about them to the CQC because of this!

Not only did their support agent Will try to force my prescription to their pharmacy rather than the one i have chosen, he was most unhelpful and DISCONNECTED THE CHAT - HUNG UP when i requested the case to be escalated to management !!!!

I hope the Lyphe management team enjoy the slow decline of yet another TrustPilot account and the stress of another CQC investigation, as they seem to have gone back to their old habits, so they need another wake up call !

They also have multiple TrustPilot accounts and drop them when the reviews get to bad, which is against the TrustPilot terms, so just for fun i have reported them to Trustpilot as well !

Website super easy to navigate, quick delivery, love my pieces, bought a tshirt and hoody.. which are a staple In my wardrobe! Really good quality products that wash so well! I’m very happy :)
