I ordered the Heavyweight Velvet Curtain Rod Pocket Panels (Set of 2) in Dec 2023 my room was freezing as it snows here and gets down to 13 degrees. These drapes are really heavy and beautiful. Very well made. In Nov of 24 I moved and ordered them in a longer version. I just love them!! I wanted to have that beautiful drape so I hung them a little low but my dog keeps coming through that area and messing it all up LOL Today 10/25 I am ordering them again in another color. They drape beautifully, complete black out and keep my room really warm. I am a customer for life!!

You will not regret buying these sheets. They’re the best sheets me and my wife have ever had. It’s hard to beat the best and it’s a first class company to deal with you can’t go wrong so go ahead and buy a set….

I've been waiting s few years to have the extra cash to splurge on a nice down comforter. I had this website saved as a bookmark as I had come across the one I wanted about 2 years ago, it's been quite awhile. I finally ordered and received my Hungarian down comforter this past week. I absolutely love this comforter. I will order another one, just to have another one I love it that much. Bedding and linens have always been something I love. When life changes and you can't necessarily enjoy some of the finer things you used to, you appreciate it much more when you finally can.

So far--and this may change. I ordered their cotton blend sheets thinking there would be a little poly or something to make them no-iron. When they came, the label said 100% cotton. I called and couldn’t get an answer. Then I emailed, asking how to get a no charge return. When they emailed me, nothing was said about the possibility of a no charge return. The next email said that their provider no longer had the blend shets and if I would keep them they would refund 30% of what I paid. Since it might have cost at least $20 to return, because shipping has increased a lot, I decided to keep them. Haven’t used them yet.

Luxury Egyptian Linens is a scam. They sell complete junk and don’t answer the phone or email.

I ordered 1500 Thread count. The high thread count contributes to the incredibly soft and durable feel, enhancing my sleep quality. The customer service is exceptional.

Great company. An error was made in my order and they identified the error and refunded the amount accordingly. Great communication and fantastic customer service. It’s often a little worrying purchasing online, so it’s such a relief when things go wrong (and they do) an online company goes out of their way to rectify the matter. I ordered a 100% Hungarian down comforter. Received a perfectly serviceable comforter, but the tag says 80% down, 20% feather (feathers are pokier and not as soft, so not as desirable). Fully made in China, no indication of the feather's origin.

The sheets I purchased “Abripedic Percale Pillowcases, King Pair, Gray, 300 TC” have a very plastic and cheap feel. Doesn’t feel like cotton, let alone long staple cotton, percale weave. When I complained they said they would soften up after a few washings. They have not gotten any softer. Still feels like plastic. When I tried to return they said I had washed them so they won’t return, nor refund my shipping. I would strongly urge you not to buy from this store!

Order a Duvet cover set three weeks ago that was supposed to ship in 1-2 days. They charged my credit card but never shipped. They don’t answer their phone number and don’t respond to emails.
Looks like a scam.

Update July 28 - Business contacted me four days later and I was able to get a refund.

I made a mistake in my order. The company allowed me to return the order and replaced it with no additional cost. I am impressed as the error was mine.

The sheets are made from a very low quality cotton, the stitches look like the sheets made in someone’s basement. The linens got blemish right away as soon as I was once laid down to see how if felt.
After the first wash my Olympic size bottom sheet was not able to fit into my mattress. It shrunk to the point that I was not able to stretch it.
I’ve been trying to return the set for almost 3 weeks. There is no 24 hours response as the website says. It takes a week or longer for the customer service people to response.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These feel like Walmart sheets. There is nothing luxurious about them. They are stiff and rough. Very disappointed. I'll be getting something else. Got them today, was super excited to try them, so I washed and dried them per the care instructions. When I pulled them out, the stiffness and roughness stopped me in my tracks. I can feel every spot on my hands where they rubbed skin off trying to get them folded. Don't overpay for supposed 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets like I did.

Luxury Egyptian linens is the best company! The sheets were wonderful and very good quality. Mark was very prompt helping me with any questions that I had. This is a wonderful company. I will order from them again.

I recently bought 5 sheet sets from LUXURY EGYPTIAN LINENS, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent, very soft, comfortable, and well-made. It truly feels like sleeping on a cloud! They also offer a duvet cover. Their website is easy to use, and the customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful. I also love that they have a large variety of colors and products to choose from. I highly recommend them!

All our questions were answered i and resolved n a timely, professional, courteous manner.

I had a problem with sheets I recently purchased. When I contacted customer service, they responded immediately and provided me with a new set of sheets. Very good communication and courteous service. I highly recommend this family-run business.
