I want to buy a gift for an Australian friend today,
I've logged in.
When I go back on site,it does not recognise my email or password.
so i logged in again,this time I'm told there is already an account in my name and to log in.
i log in again,i'm told my email and password is not recognised.
URGH!-After this I have little faith in this company
In answer to your response!-well I'm already receiving reminders from yourselves about specific dates!-so I assume an account has most definately been created!! so you have my email!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback. After looking into this, it appears an account hadn't been created yet.
Customer accounts are only created during checkout when the "Create an Account" option is selected, so attempting to log in beforehand will return an "email or password not recognised" message if you haven't purchased with us before.
Once you've placed your first order, simply tick the "Create an Account" box during checkout and your account will be created. You'll then be able to log in anytime to view your order history, wait list info and manage your store credits and future purchases.
