We are delighted to write a review about our recently installed Luxaflex blinds and Shutters, installed by Littlehampton Blinds.

Firstly their showroom. A well presented array of products in life size settings, which easily helped us to understand what they would look like in our home. The showroom staff were very knowledgeable and arranged a number of samples which arrived a few days later and brochures to take away.

The installation and final finish was everything we expected, with a full demonstration of how each product worked.

We have no question of the quality of these products and would not hesitate to purchase more of these products in the future.

We had blinds installed recently and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service throughout. The product is top quality and has changed our room completely. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable and responded quickly. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% use again.

We bought some power view pirouettes that are Luxaflex and we are really impressed with the quality of them and the easiness on setting them up.

We have just had Luxaflex blinds installed in our home & we could not be more impressed with the service & quality. The whole process from choosing options and measuring/installation was faultless.. we will definitely be returning as customers in the future for awnings when we finish our garden!

We recently had Luxaflex shutters installed and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We did quite a bit of research before going ahead and the quality stood out for us, when compared to other manufacturers that we looked at.
Alongside that the service, from the sales guys to the fitters was superb - always willing, knowledgeable and prompt in answering any questions we had.
Absolutely first class.

The quality of Luxaflex blinds are excellent. There are many cheaper products out there but you really get a better product with Luxaflex. In addition to this the after sales service I have received has been excellent. A special mention to Kerry who has been most excellent in dealing with any enquiry I have had. A top brand with top service

I did purchase 6 luxaflex duette shades a little kess than a year ago paying almost 8000 pounds believeing they are "quality" products. Around 9 months later, one of the shades start stopping halfway not retracting fully up. The sller is out of business, the installer is not returning my messages, no clue re whatvto do on website or youtube vidoes. I wrote to luxaflex. They asked some pictures and the response : Please contact one of our dealers. Qulity is a total experiemce which should definetly involce after sales service and support. This does not exist with this comoany. Bunch of individuals sellling and installing their products and you are left by yourself when you experience a oroblem. Best to avoid if you want oiece of mind and spend your hard earned monies somewhere wlse with a better understanding of what quality means

We had a range of blinds from Luxaflex and they are first rate. From the initial planning and advice through to the final fitting the team were terrific. We had the Duette blinds, including some with Powerview. The app and remotes work very well and I particularly like the flexibility of the app in terms of scheduling.

We are delighted with our new awning and even more so as we first enquired last year, but waited until this year to place the order. The new model looks allot nicer and came with a front trim that was electric too, which was not available with the previous model. I would like to mention the dealership who fitted it called
Littlehampton blinds, who were incredible. Our property required allot of custom work, by ways of cutting out of the wall and creating bespoke brackets amongst other things, which was all created by them in our garden and fitted in just two days. It was also really nice to be able to see the same awning we purchased in their showroom, which really gave us the confidence to place order from them.

We have purchased our Luxaflex blinds directly from CrosbyBlinds for many years now, the price, service, and quality product make the perfect combination.
Recently we purchased Tru-Fit Duette blinds, the support, and knowledge from Crosby made this DIY purchase easy and affordable.

I bought several Luxaflex blinds for the lounge a while ago and needed help with a replacement part.
After a lot of online research and calls I spoke to Helen in Luxaflex customer services. She was very helpful and professional and solved the problem for me and I'm so appreciative of her friendly and efficient service.

Patternmatch Interiors installed our new awning yesterday. The awning itself is brilliant - elegant and a fantastic product. But special mention must be made of Patternmatch: the install had been going to plan until at the last moment we discovered that the external socket had no power. Patternmatch ended up installing a new armoured cable that allowed the install to be completed. Gary and Ed were real pros, solved a real problem and got the job done. It took them way longer than anticipated. We're super grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Buying Luxaflex UK products is not something that is done on a whim, as they are not inexpensive. When I started looking at the products, I contacted Vivian Llewellyn @ Haus in the Vale of Glamorgan. I immediately felt I was speaking to an expert. Vivian knew the products inside out and gave me excellent advice. She was able to show me how the products worked and what was best suited to the various locations in our home. She was able to arrange for samples to be sent so we could colour match with our decor. Vivian is a detail person and that really mattered when the blinds were going to be such a visible feature of our home. All her skill and expertise has now come to fruition, as today all the blinds were fitted and they are just perfect. We have Duette blinds with the Smart Cord and Trufit operation. In another room we have a Duette blind which has the Powerview battery operation with remote control. The skill of Mark who fitted the blinds is also exceptional. Whilst Haus is located in the Vale of Glamorgan they provide a service to a very wide geographical area - I am some 60 miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Vivian at Haus.

We have just had a fantastic new awning fitted on the back of our house from our local luxaflex outlet called Littlehampton blinds. They were the only company we contacted who actually had the products they were offering in their shop on show and did not try to sell us something from a picture on their phone or brochure. The awning is everything we expected it to be and more!

We've had a Luxaflex blind for many years and it has been a fantastic addition to our living room. Recently we contacted Luxaflex and they kindly offered to supply a replacement part even though the blind is 7 years old. The part arrived the next day and we were not charged. The blind is now as good as new again.

We found Patternmatch interiors, stockists of Luxaflex blinds, online.
I made an appointment to visit the shop and Adrienne very helpful showing us the different blinds we could chose from. We made a date for Gary, Adriennes husband to come to us with the Luxaflex range. Once we had chosen the ones we wanted we placed the order and had the blinds fitted approximately 7-8 weeks after the deposit had been paid.
They are amazing! They have transformed our room both in the daytime and evening.
Patternmatch, Adrienne and Gary, made the whole process seamless with their friendly, professional approach.

I recently had 2 Luxaflex blinds fitted in my sons bedroom, they are superb quality and don't have a dangling chain so give me peace of mind that my son is safe

I recently had some Luxaflex blinds fitted and they are amazing! They have helped to keep the warmth in during a cold spell and I hope they will do as good a job keeping the heat out in summer. My house is on a fairly busy road and I now have privacy without loosing any light due to the blinds going from bottom to top.
Can’t recommend them enough.

I have had Silhouette blinds from Luxaflex for some years now. I really love the effect that the two layers give in the sunlight! I chose to have both manually operated blinds and some motorized ones for windows that were less accessible. I recently had some issues with the motorized blinds and could not resolve it myself. Luxaflex sent an engineer out and he knew exactly what was needed to restore them to great working order. Thank you Luxaflex!
