Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Basically their website and a bot email response that says they will get back to you in a week but they don't. Stay away.
Read before purchase
If you are considering purchasing, STAY AWAY. Why?
1. Poor customer service
Most people can probably agree with me here. They have virtually no way to contact them properly in an accountable manner. No chat option, no phone number. Seems pretty scammy right? People even have to comment on their instagram posts to get attention, because they take forever to respond to your email. They blame Covid-19 when they should own up to their lack of attention to customer service.
2. Poor shipping time
I'm not even talking about the carrier shipping! They seem to take their sweet time packing orders. Two weeks and counting, still not shipped, and yes, I already disregarded the holidays.
3. Poor business practices
First company I've come across that takes your money or charges the card immediately after purchasing. Note point 2 that the order hasn't shipped and they have taken the money. Other stores "preauthorize" meaning they charge when the order ships.
4. Headaches!
The most hilarious part of this is reading all the other trustpilot reviews, I'm realizing how persistent this customer service problem is at Lunya. I'm no expert myself, but I do think the bare minimum is to provide decent customer service, if you are taking my money already for $200 silk pj's. These aren't $40 pj's. Usually the more expensive something is, the better the service. We're paying you big bucks to receive the crappiest service ever.
5. Want an alternative? I googled "alternatives to Lunya" and there are so many other brands out there. Lunya is a social media brand with the worst customer service. They are not luxury.

Appallingly bad customer service.
Pajamas seem good but run quite large. While attempting to exchange, I sent emails, messages, etc for almost 3 weeks, and received no feedback whatsoever except automated messages with NO information. At this point I’d just like a refund but even that seems iffy. There is no way to contact the company except messaging, email & social, none of which they respond to.
Shame on Lunya
I purchased several items from Lunya and was happy enough to go back and place a large order. Never again. There was a shipping issue and they are unresponsive to my emails and voice mails. This is unacceptable. There are so many wonderful companies out there with amazing customer service but this company is horrible. All I needed was a response, an update, they clearly don't care. That is too bad. They lost a good customer and all my friends who I have shared this story with.
Best pajamas ever
I have ordered from Lunya several times and the pajamas are worth the splurge. I did have an issue with some stitching on my silk pajamas and was provided with a credit to purchase new ones so that was a quick fix. Everything else I've ordered has been perfect. There have been some issues with shipping because of Covid, but things happen and their customer service is second to none.
Clothes do not look the same after washing
I ordered the washable silk pajama set as well as an underset Nov 2021.
After a single wash following the care instructions, the pajamas looked nothing like they did when they arrived or how they look online. The color faded from a pretty wine color to brown. The texture became like dried paper, and the pajamas were crinkled. While I could iron them, this is not sustainable for me for daily wear, and I wish Lunya had been more transparent that this would be required for them to look as advertised.
The edges of the underset already became frayed after the first wash, as if I had been washing and wearing them for a long time.
Definitely not what I expected for ~$200. This is the most disappointing "luxury" purchase I have had in a long time.
Not Worth the Money
My order was shipped on December 1 and it is still in transit as of December 12. I live 5 hours away from their distribution center in Chino, Ca. My package went to North Carolina and is now making its way back to California. I emailed customer service twice and they did not respond for 5 days. They blame everything on Covid. No other company that I’ve ordered from has had any delays in shipping regardless of the carrier. ‘Oh sorry’ was the response from customer service. At least they could have offered some compensation. Their items are overpriced for the quality. I will not order from them again.

Scam Company--do not be fooled by these companies that hail from the far east--they know Americans are easily manipulated...same formula--different company name-- Product is cheap and looks great on beautiful models but is nothing like the image in pic once received--if you receive it at all. And then--you will not be able to return.

BUYER BEWARE!!
Horrible horrible horrible company. I ordered January 8, 2021 and after 3 weeks of my shipping status saying “in transit” I tried calling them. Nope. No company phone number. Sent an email and all they replied with was the same tracking number I received the day after I ordered.. that has been showing in transit fir 3 weeks. They could not have cared less. No offer to call the shipping company or offer a refund or much of anything except to say...”shipping is delayed due to Covid”. Ok. So I waited another 2 weeks...still nothing. Then...(thank goodness I paid with PayPal) I started a claim with them and they said Lunya had 30 days to respond. Lunya waited until day 29 to respond to my request for full refund and issued it. No apology, no explanation. BUYER BEWARE!!
What's happened??
I've made several online purchases, all with good luck. I'm a Canadian customer. My last purchase is a disaster, so far. They created a shipping label 10 days ago but haven't handed the package to DHL. Customer service initially responded telling me there isn't a problem and to come back to shop some more...I haven't been able to reach anyone in customer service for a week now. Terrible service. I will have to file a case with PayPal, unfortunately.

Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. No phone number listed. Retail location in CA permanently closed. Unable to get a response on when my items will arrive and I was already fully charged for and have not received the items.

Expensive, not practical, not returnable
If I'd be paid for it, I'd write nice things about Lunya too. The truth is that I fell for these nice articles and gifted my wife a $250 PJ. Yes, that's the regular price. Then my wife made me face my stupidity. Not only it's more than 10 fold expensive than the realistic price tag, it's also not for a wife to sleep in it, but for a girl trying to impress her first date. Besides, it is not practical at all.
And my biggest pain point of all: it is not returnable.

They material was devine so soft. They run big and do not fit as flattering as if I would like.
I requested return label and they allege I bought $705 with a gift certificate. They insist issuing a gift certificate. Nonsense waste of time sending emails which wiill be answered in 48 hours?? and IG DM's.

I would score zero if there's an option to do so. My shipment has not been delivered yet, a week after the scheduled delivery date, and Lunya hasn't responded to my inquiry. I paid more than $200, received nothing, no items, no refund, and there's no customer service available at all. Don't buy from them. You cannot reach them even if your order is lost.

This is for a gift so I haven't tried it personally but the quality seems great! And I really loved the experience. The email they sent me saying the order was shipped was very funny!

I was disappointed in Lunya before I even received my order. I needed to contact them in order to learn when my order had shipped and was forced to call FedEx a few times because the package required a signature.
I was excited about my Siro Pocket Leggings and spent more than I usually would. However they are extremely unflattering. They are cut in such a way that the fabric pleats around the crotch and makes it appear as if I'm wearing a codpiece. The pockets mean that there is an unattractive seam around my stomach. And the quality is not great. They began to pill between the thighs after one wear. After three wears, stitching started coming loose around the waist and ankle hems.
Avoid.
