I ordered the my hero academia soccer acrylics and they arrived in perfect condition and very fast.
They also have amazing service and quick respond time. Will definitely order from them again.

Pricing is great, there's few other sites where you can get older releases for relatively cheap like here. Shipping took a while but they explained everything and shipped the items as soon as the issue was resolved. Shipping was fast and the items were packed nicely. Really happy with the service even if it was a bit rocky at the start.

Hesitant buying on this site because of some old reviews they had but I said what the heck I’ll give em a shot and I’m glad I did! Customer services is A1 I messaged them constantly asking questions wanting updates, this and that, and they just answered asap and weren’t even rude about anything and they reassured me every time so props to these guys. I prefer the recently release shf Marco from then since I missed the pre orders months back and these guys were one of the few spots that still were taking orders so boom bought beginning of June released on June 26 and I got it today July 10! Super speedy delivery tracking and everything worked and I wanted points so I also ordered the shf king of hell zoro coming out end of this month. If I was you I would buy from here they’re solid, easy to work with and have all the new stuff, don’t pay to much mind from those old reviews these guys have come along way since then. 10/10 would buy again ;)

bought a product from them while in japan. ordered for pick up that said ready in 1-3 days. i was there for a week, and the product was not ready. asked for the product to be shipped to my home in the USA. did not ship for 3 months. followed up multiple times during those months.

after 3 months, i asked for cancellation and refund. no response for another month. had to file a dispute with my bank.

What a service! It’s my second time ordering from Premium Luna Park and I’m impressed on how fast my package came. I really appreciate on how they take good care of their customers. I’ve received the item in a good condition!

For someone who’s really picky about choosing online stores, I’d say this was an overall decent experience. Yes, their prices aren’t the best, but this is one of the few sites where you can still find long sold-out items in brand new condition.
Anyway, my package was supposed to arrive a week earlier, but it got delayed due to an issue at their warehouse (wrong invoice). That said, their customer service was incredibly fast and helpful, they handled the situation right away and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, my package arrived safely. Everything was packaged very well, and the figure was in mint condition, even the shipping box was in great shape.
