Terrible - no item and no communication
Terrible. Ordered a liner in September 2020, thought all was fine when I received the PayPal invoice to pay, which I did straight away on 23 September. On 5 October I received an email saying the liner had been posted. Then nothing arrived. I emailed Lucie Kates on 14 October to let them know I’d not received anything - no response. On 24 October I’d still not heard anything so I messaged via Facebook Messenger - no response. By 30 October I’d still not heard or received anything so I opened a case against them on PayPal. Then amazingly on 3 November I received a message via Facebook Messenger from them saying “ Good morning. I have your liner made and ready to post today, I packaged it up last night. You will get an email from PayPal today confirming the postage label has been processed. X”. Guess what - no email arrived and no liner has arrived either. It’s now 15 November and I’ve just had to escalate the PayPal case for them to investigate. Absolutely disgraceful.
