I used Lucid / David for a purchase of a property in Spain. Was a very good service and would recommend. It's pretty stressful transferring large sums cross border and David gave a very good personal service.

At every step of the process David personally took the time to talk me through what was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when it was going to happen. I asked lots of stupid questions but he patiently answered them all at whatever time suited me.
