My Experience with Lseat

I recently had the pleasure of upgrading my leather seats for my 2004 Landcruiser from Lseat. First and foremost, the quality of the leather is nice and it matches my current color pretty good I must say. That being said, I spent a lot of time and researching different company before I decided to go with this company and my reason was the price.

The ordering process was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly website and the helpful sales team. I had a few questions about the type of leather and the staff was not only knowledgeable but was very helpful.

In conclusion, my experience with Lseat has been nothing short of outstanding. If you're in search of replacing your leather seats and getting a good quality leather I wholeheartedly recommend them.

You have to be patient. Real company, real seat covers, really really nice work. Honestly they do excellent work keeping it real. Will it take three months? Maybe. But when you get the finished product, DUDE! These guys are awesome at making these covers. Don’t freak out! Its not happening in a week or two. Its just not. Stuff like this takes mad time… the car shows on tv, use tv magic to condense a year plus work into an episode. In real life, it’s takes real time. But, what you get from these guys, is REAL NICE!!!! You didn’t get ripped off, promise. I live in Palm Beach Gardens Florida and never “spoke “ to anyone. Ever. Just emailed. So don’t yell, threaten, file whatever….. just chill. These guys got you. Chill!!!!! What you WILL receive is awesome seat covers. Top notch quality. Chilllllllll!!!!!!

The seat covers fit very well and the appearance was great. I did have an issue with one cover and they sent me a replacement at no cost. I will use them again for future projects and have recommended them to friends.

Great products, but non existing customer service.
I ordered 5 covers for my Land Rover, but only received 4, so now I'm driving around with one unfinished rear seat, and no reply from Lseat.
I've called and emailed, but no answer.
I will delete this review once problem is solved, because I do like their products. Just not the service.

A true hand made product in a world of mass produced junk. Be patient because quality is worth waiting for. Highly recommended

I placed an order for leather seats g
for $523 - received a unit that did not fit - I was told to remove stock seat covers and pay an additional 122.80
TWO months later, I am with a car I cannot drive because I never received my covers- what is worse- they will not respond to my miltiple requests to send back my original covers - please check reviews on better business bureau- I should have done that earlier

The quality is phenomenal! I was surprised beyond my expectations with the leather, stitching and styling. It took Lseat about a week to sew the seats which is very reasonable. Lseat, advised all through the process where my order was and even sent a tracking # when it was shipped. This was a test run to check them out. I will definately order more seats from them in future restorations. Outstanding Service and Quality Product!!! PHENOMENAL!

September 11, 1023 I ordered the seat covers for my 2010 Mazda Miata touring, I had my concerns, but upon receiving them and beginning the installation my concerns disappeared, the result exceeded my expectations, they were excellent, custom built and with all the details of factory to be installed, I recommend them 100%. You need experience to be installed or help from a professional, I had no experience, I just watched some videos on YouTube on how to do it and it was very useful, I installed them and it wasn't that difficult. 100% satisfied.

The seat covers look great. I took a little while to get them but it was worth the wait since the quality is so high. The custom embroidery is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

They sent the wrong color as it did not even come close to matching the swatch they sent. Charged me a 20 percent re-stocking fee to return what they screwed up. Horrible company with pathetic customer service. What seems like a great deal, isn't.

The seats in my 88 Supra were just terrible. There were no options except to reupholster with covers. These are genuine leather and the sewing and quality exceeded my expectations. I had to make a few adjustments for the headrest to fit but I was really surprised at the material and all the channels that were sewn in for redoing my seats. Took about 3 weeks to get in but I would definitely order from lseat.com again and may do my back seats but they weren't bad.

I wanted leather seat covers for my 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7. I decided to give Lseat a try, starting with the rear bench seat. I expected it to take awhile and it did. But the product I got was really nice. They fit on the seat frame tight and look and smells great. Very happy with what I got. I went ahead and also ordered front seats as well.

Fitment for my Lexus LX460 was great and color match was spot on. It took about 2 or 3 weeks to get them, but they let me know that up front. I don't have any complaints and they were very responsive, thanks!

This company did an outstanding job on new leather seats for 1993 Mark VIII. The quality is superior, color matched perfectly. There is no comparison to materials and workmanship! Best aftermarket leather seats around! If you need seat upholstery for your car, this is the place to go, hands down!!! They are the best!!

These leather seat covers came out great. This was my first experience covering seats in leather and they came out great.

Lseats went above and beyond! The covers look amazing. The quality of the materials and workmanship are fantastic. Communication could have been a little better, but overall..very satisfied!

I ordered replacement leather for the front seats of my 30 year old convertible. Customer service was very responsive (and, as it turns out, accurate) regarding the proper color selection. Nobody is perfect, but when it came to matching the color of my 30 year old sun weathered rear seats, their suggestion was about as close to spot on as one could reasonably expect short of a custom dye job. Fit and finish was excellent and product is a good value for the money when installed by a professional who can get the most out of the product.

Fantastic and fast service. The quality of the product is beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend that company.

Seats are awesome!! Requires a little knowledge to install them but fairly easy. Great quality and I am so happy with them. 2008 Lexus gx470
