The lesson was so well structured and up to the point that anyone with eager to support his tutoring skills would find beneficial. I can not leave outside the parameter that the English vocabulary that is used in this lesson is excellent. The tests were all fitted with the subject of every single section. This is the second lesson that I have completed as a non native speaker student and I think that the target of the lesson was accomplished 100% . Shocking experience and they lie
Updated: Just to show that they are lying in the public domain, I have updated my Google Review with an image to show that I had submitted a unit in 2025 which was marked by them February 2025, not 2026.
Review: Gave these a second chance, completed a qualification with them which took 2 years. When I completed, I received confirmation of registration from the awarding organisation. Policy with OTHM is that learners must be registered within 28 days of enrolling. LSBR failed to enrol me, and when querying my certificate weeks after passing my final assignment, they told me they would claim it in 10 weeks time. I am appalled, gone down the complaints procedure. I would upload evidence but I cant on here, can be seen on my google review.

Your academic submissions were received in February 2026, following which they were processed for assessment in line with standard academic procedures. Progression and awarding body processes are dependent on active participation and submission of required work, not solely the initial enrolment date.
Regarding your comments on feedback and support, LSBR provides structured academic support aligned with a self-paced professional learning model. Feedback is issued through the designated academic channels as part of the assessment process.
We do not accept the characterisation of the service as inadequate, particularly given that course access, materials, and assessment services were provided and utilised.

Great Course Content, but Some Technical Glitches
I recently started this course and I am really enjoying it so far. The information is very interesting and the modules are well structured, which makes the content easy to follow and learn from.
My experience did begin a little shakily because the course content changed after I had already started. Some modules were updated, so I had to redo certain sections and I ended up completing a quiz based on information that I had not originally studied. I did manage to pass it, but I would have preferred the option to redo it once the updated material was in place.
Since then, the course has been running much more smoothly. However, I have experienced a technical issue with the quizzes. Although the system states that there are 40 minutes to complete 25 questions, the timer only gives me about 9–11 minutes, which makes it difficult to finish all the questions properly.
I have spoken to Tracy about this and she has said she will raise the issue with the IT team, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
Overall, I am really enjoying the course and the content is excellent. The only challenge has been the technical glitches with the quiz timing.

We are compelled to respond factually to this review, as it is demonstrably inaccurate.
You enrolled in the "Certificate in Data Science and Analytics with Python and R Programming" on "1 March 2026" and submitted this review "within 24 hours of enrolment". During that period, system logs show access to "only the first module", along with an attempted (and unsuccessful) assessment submission.
For clarity, this programme comprises "6 comprehensive modules", each containing:
- Structured core study material across multiple chapters,
- Detailed case studies and applied study notes,
- And an extensive set of reference video resources supporting each module.
It is therefore not possible to have completed — or meaningfully reviewed — the course in the timeframe stated.
LSBR provides "academically structured, self-paced professional programmes". The learning format, including the use of written materials, assessments, and reference media, is clearly outlined prior to enrolment. Describing this as “random PDFs” is simply incorrect.
If your dissatisfaction stems from assessment outcomes or unmet expectations regarding learning style, those are valid discussions to have — but mischaracterising the course publicly after minimal engagement is misleading.

I did a level 6 diploma course last…
First of all I must say thank you. However if all of this was communicated to me properly and I wasn't being ignored I would not have written a negative review in the first place. Initially I was told 6-10 weeks after my payment which had long passed . I made numerous calls/ emails to have updates but nobody was telling me anything and it was frustrating. This eventually seemed to me as a scam because nobody was ever around and all I was being told give me your email and phone number and we will get back to you which in nobody never did until today when I was award the certificate yesterday which mean that communication is very poor. Anyone in my position would have been frustrated. Again thank you and to the guy who I spoke to on Tuesday apologies for not remembering your name thank you for actually listening and understanding my frustration.

For clarity and transparency, we would like to outline the timeline involved. You enrolled on the Level 6 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Fast Track – 6 months) on 07 April 2025. Your final fee instalment, which is required before submission for External Quality Assurance (EQA), was due on 09 August 2025 and was received on 29 October 2025.
Immediately upon receipt of the final payment, your completed assignments were submitted to the awarding body for External Quality Assurance. This process is conducted independently by the awarding body and typically takes up to 10 weeks, in line with regulatory requirements set by OTHM and Ofqual. Unfortunately, this stage is outside the direct control of LSBR.
We are pleased to confirm that your award has now been successfully released, and your award copy was emailed to you yesterday.
We sincerely regret that the mandatory external verification timeline caused distress, and we apologise if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been during the waiting period. LSBR does not withhold certificates, nor can we expedite awarding body processes, but we fully appreciate how delays can be perceived from a learner’s perspective.

Nonsensical AI Content
Having been excited to find a neuroaesthetics course, I have been deeply disappointed to find the course completely created using AI with endless repetitions, disorganised course structure and incomplete information. I have had to do extensive personal research to make sense of any concepts mentioned. The bear minimum has gone into creating this course which has produced a barely coherent set of 'modules' which has not at all been worth the money I have paid. The admin team have been mostly unresponsive. Gutted as I was really looking forward to learning more!

Low Value Course
These guys are a poorly managed, low value courses company. I bought a course and they fed me AI content, with lacklustre depth. The lecture is AI, the videos are not even theirs, they've taken it from somewhere else.
I believe how they operate is they think of as many courses they could sell, and fill it with AI content. I get it to some extent, but at least make the videos yours???

I enrolled for a combined level 3
I enrolled for a combined level 3, 4, & 5 in Health and social care in October 2025. Every month I would receive an invoice to make payment before the 10th.
January 2026 I did not receive the invoice, I sent email to accounts (email address was on the invoice) but it said email does not exist. I communicated this to admin and Arun. Access to the online portal was revoked before 10th January. Website interface also changed and still there was no communication. All these concerns I have emailed to the admin and no response came. Only to receive an email yesterday that there wss a website migration, find attached new login details. Another one came in soo after requesting payment to avoid uninterrupted access to study portal despite that I already experienced this with a valid payment.
I feel there is a lack of transparency with the organisation and I have been emailing that j wish to cancel enrolment but there is no response even on the whatsapp number. Very disappointing indeed, I do not recommend anyone to use LSBR as an online study option.

In January 2026, LSBR carried out a scheduled migration to a new website and upgraded learning platform. Unfortunately, during this transition, there were temporary disruptions affecting invoicing emails, portal access, and response times from our support teams. We acknowledge that clearer and more proactive communication should have been provided, and we sincerely apologise for this shortcoming.
Please be assured that access revocation was not intended as a penalty, and any interruption experienced was linked to the system migration rather than an issue with your payment status. Updated login credentials and access were issued once the migration was completed to ensure continuity going forward.
Regarding your request to cancel enrolment, we regret that this was not addressed promptly. This has been escalated internally, and our team will reach out to you directly via email to discuss your concerns and outline the available options in a transparent manner.

No Support, Poor Communication, and No Certificate: Be Warned
I completed a Level 4 and Level 5 Law diploma with LSBR, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. While they did provide some written notes for each unit, there were absolutely no classes, no lectures, and no proper interactive learning. Essentially, I was left to do the majority of the coursework with minimal support beyond those notes.
Despite paying for the course in full and repeatedly asking if there were any outstanding balances or late fees that needed settling so I could receive my certificate, I received no meaningful response. Eventually, I found I could no longer log into my account at all, as it simply stated that my account could not be found.
When I tried to contact the accounts team and found their email was no longer working, I called and informed them about the issue. In response, they provided me with an alternative email address, the CEO's email; to send my queries. However, even after contacting that email multiple times, I still received no response. I also called over ten times last week alone with no success.
Ultimately, I just want my certificate. If there are any late fees, I am willing to pay them. If they cannot provide my certificate, they should refund all the money I have paid from the start. If neither of these things happens, I will have no choice but to file a civil suit.
Furthermore, I am prepared to report LSBR to the appropriate authorities because this is essentially fraud. I know I am not the only one experiencing this. I will report them to Qualifi UK and Ofqual, since this diploma is certified by Qualifi and governed by Ofqual. They need to know that this institution is not delivering what it promised.
LSBR needs to either give me my certificate or refund my money, or I will escalate this further.

You were successfully enrolled on the Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law on 17 April 2025, and your registration with the awarding body was completed as part of your enrolment. Your programme is delivered in a self-paced online format, which includes structured written materials, assessments, and academic guidance rather than live classes or lectures. We regret if this learning model did not align with your expectations.
We would also like to clarify that your LMS access remained active through December 2025. In January 2026, LSBR undertook a planned upgrade to a new learning platform. During this transition, some learners experienced temporary delays in access, and we acknowledge that communication around this process should have been clearer. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Regarding certification, LSBR does not withhold certificates arbitrarily. Certificates are issued once all academic requirements are completed and the learner account is fully regularised. As you are already registered with the awarding body, we would be pleased to review your status in detail and clearly outline the remaining steps required to proceed.
We regret that the communication gaps during this period impacted your confidence in our service. Your feedback has been noted seriously, and improvements have since been implemented to ensure clearer updates during system changes.

Still Waiting for Certification
I have completed a Level 7 Occupational Health and Safety Course in July 2025 and it is now the 12th December and I still have not received my certification. Emails do not get responded to, I have called the office and have been told they will pass a message on to the team at 9am - no one to actually speak to. My employer is concerned and I am concerned this certification will not arrive. Its a really poor service. The portal is very poor and basic, you cant talk to other people on the course, when you ask for help you have to speak to someone in another country days after your initial request. My over all experience has not been a good one- compared to a NEBOSH course I wouldnt recommend. All I want is my certification to arrive and confirmation I am going to get it.

December coincided with a high volume of certification processing and internal system updates, which regrettably led to delays in responses for some learners. This has since been addressed to ensure improved response times going forward.
Regarding the learning platform, LSBR programmes are designed as self-paced professional qualifications, focusing on structured materials, assessments, and academic guidance rather than cohort-based interaction. We understand that learners may compare this to other providers such as NEBOSH, and we respect that different formats suit different learning preferences.
