AVOID THESE COWBOYS!.Recently bought a usc c type adaptor cable. Not as described and will not refund money despite me pointing out on numerous emails that it's not fit for purpose

I bought a laptop charger from them back in December 2023. They sent the wrong model and it didn't work with my laptop. I asked if I could get a refund and they agreed if I sent it back. I found out that it was actually from China and would cost me about £30 to send it back. They agreed to refund me the postage as well so I went along and sent it back, carefully following all the instructions that they gave me. It got to China and they didn't collect it and eventually got sent back to me last month (June 24). I enquired about this and they have ghosted me ever since. They went from answering my queries at the beginning about sending it back to absolutely nothing. They won't answer any of my queries about why they didn't take the charger back or giving me my refund and now I'm £90 out of pocket with a charger that doesn't work. I will never be buying anything from here again and I strongly recommend that no one else does either.

Bought a power supply for my Getac tough tablet.
Arrived within a week but the dc connector is not as advertised. Have asked for a refund via email, their response, it's the genuine part and no other customers have complained. I have sent images of the advertised item and that received. Awaiting a response.
No suitable response with 48 hours.

The charger they sent is a cheap Chinese knock off that had no chance of working. They know they’ve sent useless product, but keep requesting videos (which I have sent them£ to prove it is useless. They have no intention of refunding me.

I emailed to cancel my order, and was told to return the charger which I did. They then sent it to me again!

I still havent received my money back.

China based, no viable returns and I'm not convinced the part sent is genuine.

Ich habe mich durch die schlechte Bewertung, die ich erst nach der Bestellung gesehen habe beeinflussen lassen. Ich habe ein Netzteil bestellt. Nachdem ich dieses Netzteil nicht schnell genug erhalten habe, habe ich eine Email geschickt. Diese wurde sofort und auch in der Folge sofort beantwortet. Ergebniss die Sendung wurde an einem anderen Empfangsort wie ich angenommen habe zugestellt. Ich erhielt die Sendungsnummer von DHL und konnte dann nur den Fehler auf meiner Seite festellen.

Ordered a new laptop charger on the Tuesday and it arrived Saturday. Charger was exactly as described and as pictured online. I am very happy with both the item and service.

Copy/fraudulant products - cheap chinese. Having to claim through PayPal which is hard work.

Do not use! Goods supplied are not as per the image. Advertised Original Samsung AC Adapter, goods arrived with made in China stickers, no reference to Samsung anywhere. Emailed the contact on the invoice but have had repsonse. This site needs shutting down, using branded images to sell cheap copies from China.

I got a dud cable from them, took a bit of floundering around but I did get a refund. I paid for postage, could probably contact them to get the postage money back too but I can't really be bothered at this point.

Ultimately thought it was a good idea to share that they did actually solve the issue in my situation and gave me my money back. So in my case a semi good experience.

Advertised 12v car charger lead as compatible with Lenovo Legion. It didn't work, they admit it is the wrong amp rating, and now say I have to maybe return to China for a refund - postage at my cost apparently! Contravenes UK consumer law.

Bought a new power lead for my laptop that doesn't work. Guess I can kiss goodbye to the £20+ I spent on it. Only wish I'd checked them here before buying!! How are companies like this still allowed to keep operating and selling potentially dangerous electrical equipment to the UK? Where's our once super stringent safety standards gone!??

Seller does not offer up the fact that they are operating from china.

Seller lists ‘genuine’ items on their website, will then send you a message saying they are out of stock but could provide a ‘compatible’ item.

Seller will not issue a refund when requested.

I ordered a ‘ Bose’ mains lead but was supplied one made by ‘Teka’. Rather than go through the same experience of other ‘reviewers’ I decided to close the case as the item supplied appears to work. So unlike the review from ‘Viv Shilton’I closed the case. My time is too valuable to waste on this crap.

Sendest mir erst falsche Akku und gibst mir dann die Schuld und beim zurück senden zahle ich auch noch die Versandkosten mach Bad Salzungen oder was weiß ich michealstr wo du meintest ich soll meine Ware für das geld da schicken und nachdem ich das gemacht habe sagst du ja falsche adresse . Ihr Ganover !!!

Fake chargers being sold as original. Wish I had read the reviews first!

If I could give minus stars for these people, then I would. I ordered a charger from them, and it arrived quickly, but it was the wrong one. I contacted them and they asked me to send photos, then more photos; this went on for a few weeks. Eventually they asked me to send the charger by tracked mail to a lady who lived in Malton. They said when she receives it we will refund you. It was delivered and I sent proof and awaited my refund. I didn’t receive the promised refund. I escalated it with PayPal who after much deliberation told me that to be refunded, I needed to send the charger back to LPs address in China, notwithstanding that I no longer had the charger!! No doubt the refund will not be received and I have learnt my lesson, but to all other prospective customers of these people, do not touch them with a barge pole. Update: Paypal found in my favour, and I will be refunded.

If it was possible to give zero star, that is what I would have given. I ordered a charger for a laptop but they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, I was asked to send photos which I did. Then they asked me to send even more pictures . It was pretty obvious that they were just trying to fob me off. Buying from Lps Gopower was a huge mistake and I would urge every potential customer to think carefully before buying anything from them. They are dishonest and unreliable .

Purchased an original ThinkPad T440s 45W charger through lps-gopower.org, much cheaper than elsewhere.

Arrived soon enough, in good condition, looking fine and working fine.

That was in June 2022, but in April 2023 the charger started failing (sometimes it charged, sometimes it didn't).

The charger is well within the 12 months warranty they offer, so I asked for a replacement. They replied soon enough, but asked for ￡9 for the replacement.

The charger looked pretty original, but I suspect it was an ellaborate imitation.

I replaced it with a similar charger off eBay, which is slightly different in small details (includes barcode labels, etc), and works perfectly fine even though it's used and was built in 2017.
