I ordered a bunch of clothes and gave them a tip and it after literal months and a 5-6 emails to their support email, they refused to give me back my money and promised they'd deliver the items. I ordered this last year. Stay away from this scam company

Was charged for order that I never received. I have contacted the merchant numerous times. Merchant told PayPal that they shipped the order, but has not provided any tracking information & now says that they don't even have my order information. If they don't have my order information, than how did they complete my order? Total scam. Too bad because the merchandise was beautiful if I had only received it.

I bought presents on december 2024, which never arrived.

% months have passed and the answer has always been that the logistic company they worke with has't been able to procces the packages they received.

Last 2 answers are identical, a Copy-Paste. Probably AI answering.

hice mi pedido el 26/11/2024 y hasta hoy 15/04/2025 solo correos explicando las falencias e la empresa de transporte, sin mi pedido y sin devolución de dinero.

I have ordered goods from Loversdale in November 2024. Four months later, and I haven’t received anything from them. Their excuse is the courier is very busy, but it will still come. Loverssale is nothing else than a scam.

Loverssale answered my request always with a delay and it always seemed like AI answered. It´s been two months and werent able to provide any date of merchandise delivery. I havve very bad experiennce and if there is and option to sue them I would do so immediatelly without any hesitation - they stole me 55€ appr.

I think either the BBB or the FTC should investigate this company website for false claims and poor customer service along with stealing peoples monies and not delivering the merchandise.they are poorly run and dishonest I hope you get your Karma soon. Signed frustrated Veteran and Customer. Shame on you.

I ordered a sweater from them before christmas and I have never received it. They keep promising me. They will send me this sweater plus some special gift and I am not received it.. I feel scammed.

Ordered 2 items in October 2024, & despite several emails have still not received any goods. Money was taken from my account same date as order.

jag beställde 2 skjortor i december 24 och harinte fått något. De bara säger att varorna är på väg och känner mig lurar efter 3 månader. Köp aldrig något from dem!

I ordered 5 items on 19/12/24. Phony shipping updates claimed my order was enroute and finally delivered. My order was never delivered. Loverssale subsequently confirmed this, blaming the shipping company for the delay and repeatedly saying my order was on its way. My order has still not been delivered. This is a Chinese scam site. Do not use it!

My boyfriend purchased like 6 items of clothing on December 2024. It’s February 2025 and we have zero updates on where the package is. We have sent countless emails, but we always get the same generic response: “there’s been a problem with shipping and a compensation will arrive soon”.
It’s a scam and I wish I had read all these comments beforehand.

5 weeks and have not received my order. I've emailed them 3 times but they have not replied.
Stay away from this company.
