Ordered 2 t- shirts and Evri states delivery due 2 weeks ago. Advised by courier to contact Lovell about replacement or refund while they investigate. No reply from them(Lovell)

Placed an order, they took my money, they cancelled my order and still waiting a refund ! Hard to contact to speak to anyone

I bough a pair of Nike running shoes 1 month ago approximately, they have been wore a handful of times maybe 3 times. The back of the heel on both trainers is already ripped. I contacted the customer service team and they got back to me through email a couple days later asking for pictures, so I provided the pictures and 3 days later they get back to me saying it’s not a manufacturing fault it’s my own cause I don’t un-tie the laces before putting them on. Which is so untrue and totally wrong he accused of this by a company is terrible especially when only bought a month ago and been wore 3 times. The customer service is a nightmare and you can’t get hold of them other than through email. I’d advise anyone to think twice before ordering anything form Lovell as this is how your treated 1 month after purchasing trainers that a ripping at the back.

Waste of time ordering from this company. First order was cancelled due to a ‘system error’. Re-ordered with next day delivery but nothing has arrived and status of order not updated since ordering. Money has been taken but no update and no response to message sent to customer service team. Good prices but not worth the wasted time and effort - avoid!

Ordered size 11.5 AG predators, received a box with a printed label on it for the right shoe, inside is a pair of size 10 FG boots with a adidas tag saying 11.5 AG tied to them with a piece of string, what kind of con is this? Who doesn't check what they are sending out? I paid £10 for next day delivery too, no phone number so try sort out, don't buy from them!!!

> After reading other reviews on here, I believe this to be something that should be reported to trading standards by me and others, changing labels on incorrect goods to look like what was ordered is fraudulent. Lovell sports are advertising items they don't have in stock and sending out other items and intentionally changing labels to look like the real thing, if I was the only one I could understand this being a mistake, but as I read through these, this is common practise for them, this should be reported.

Update- despite having an email that states I would be refunded for the item plus the £10 delivery, I was only actually refunded for the trainers, so £10 out of pocket for receiving the wrong item, trading standards have been contacted.

Shockingly low standards. The right trainer turned up visibly worn and yellowed — absolutely not “new”. Feels like they’re shipping out ex‑display stock and hoping no one notices. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered some Elite Fg predators..Box was battered looked second hand or someone elses return....and they were Soft Ground boots in the Pro version in the box which are between £50-70.. I paid £103 including delivery.
Got a funny feeling its gonna be a nightmare getting a refund. AVOID

Avoid them. They are running an online scam. Anything you buy will never get that. They use your money for other purposes and then after two weeks you have to ask for a refund. They don’t have any help line number. Only way to contact them via email and they don’t reply you on time. Waste or your time and money. My order never arrived and i was so pissed.

Don’t buy from them. They are running an online scam. Poor communication. Items never dispatched. I have to ask to return after one week. They are not trustworthy. They will hold your money for week or two. Anything you buy will never be posted to you. So avoid them.

Never will purchase from this horrendous company ever again. Purchased items that did not fit. Returned items costing £4.99 to return via yodel ( as per company request). Tracked parcel and company received 4 days after posting. Writing this 19 days after goods received and after 8 emails still have not received my money of any communication from this company. I ordered a high-value e-bike on 15th April and expected it to arrive on Saturday. However, it never arrived and I’ve yet to receive any apology for the delay. I’ve now requested a refund via email but I haven’t heard back. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. It’s not like I ordered a pair of socks; I ordered a £2000 bike!

I have been trying to contact Lovell Sports to enquire about a product, and they are uncontactable. Based on the difficulty in trying to contact them, I would not purchase anything.

This company is a complete let down. I have not received my order in nearly a month. The parcel was left outside my front door and they have not done anything to put it right. I wasn’t offered a replacement or a refund I’m still waiting and have been for nearly a month!!!!!!!!

I have been emailing for an update but just seem to be getting ignored. I will never shop with this company again and looking at there previous reviews you can see they don’t know what they are doing.

I am so disappointed and will be looking to arrange a charge back with my bank as I have not received the items I paid for and have not been refunded.

Ordered a coach shoulder bag, the wrong product was delivered. When I’ve returned I’ve tracked my parcel which was delivered 5 days ago. Still no confirmation that the return has been received and no contact regarding the full refund. I’ve used the online contact form and still no response. Still awaiting full refund.

Running trainers ordered and didn’t fit. I returned them for a refund and this still hasn’t been paid back despite the item being back with them for over a week and time period they said the refund would be issued. The replies are slow and there is no consistency to the replies. Would not buy again and advise against.

Sent the wrong items, were late to reply and need me to package and return the items to them in order to rectify. A lot of hassle!
