Ordered some boots Tuesday night, they arrived Thursday morning boots in pristine condition with all extras.
Will use again 👍🏻

I went middle on the stars as it wouldn't be fair to go lower or higher, I've just looked through the website & there's quite a lot of ON garments i was looking at that I'm really interested in, some very good prices as well, BUT the reviews have put me off ordering, what a shame as they have some nice gear. Hopefully things will improve in the future, i will keep checking back.

I bought a jacket from love sports and sent back within 2 days with recorded delivery and a signed for delivery and i have sent numerous emails but still no reply
i would not use these as there is very bad customor service

I ordered rugby boots that arrived yesterday. The box inside the plastic bag was severely damaged. The boots were completely the wrong colour. Lovell Sports are extremely difficult to contact, the phone number provided is no longer in use. It is impossible to aquire a returns label and a refund

Ordered shinguards on the 19th September using the 48hr express delivery service (£7.99) as these were a gift for my sons birthday. Received a tracking number within a day or 2 but courier still states "waiting to receive parcel" its been almost 9 days since I placed my order. I wish I'd read previous reviews before ordering as I'd of ordered elsewhere.

I cannot get hold of them for love or money about my missing item. Terrible

Had a reply regarding a return mainly down to my first post, and was told I would receive a free return label.. nothing sent and no reply to my second email. Customer service really isn’t their forte.

There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, which I'd not checked before ordering and, if I had done, I might have been put off. However, I've used them twice now in the past month (first time for boots and second time for clothes and shoes) and they have been great. Orders arrived within 2-5 days and complete. Some real bargains although maybe I've just been lucky as I've not had to return anything. I'll continue to use in the future as long as they don't let me down.

If i could give a zero i would. I ordered some trainers (order 109437) for my daughter for school. They arrived. Not the same trainers as shown on the website they had branding on which school does not allow. I have used the contact us 4x over 2 weeks so far to get hold of customer service.. absolutely no response whatsoever. No phone number to be able to contact them so you have no way of sorting the issue. I wish i had read the reviews first!
Terrible company. They eventually issued refund but minus postage which considering the error was theirs and they sent the incorrect product i think is dreadful. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a pair of Puma Hyrox Trainers on the 15/9. Evri reported that there was a problem with my order last Thursday 18/9, and things should be sorted the next working day 19/9. This never happened, their site continues to show the same message. I've contacted Lovell customer services by email. There is no other way!!!!! They've got back today, telling me to allow 3-5 days for Evri to respond to them. Simply not good enough. These shoes are needed for an event this week. Not being able to contact customer services, by phone is ridiculous!!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

You have only given me a refund of £46. That is half of what I spent.
You sent me four of the wrong item, which I returned all. I spent £98 shipping, to get it to my house. Paid for the return after your company messed up and sent me the wrong order.

I am absolutely seething.

I ordered 4 pairs of fully black shorts, as shown on your website, and I received black shorts with a white trim - not as described on your website.

Paid for faster delivery so my daughter could have her football boots in time for a match, item still pending and not been sent three days after. No phone number for customer services, they look like a bunch of cowboys judging from their LinkedIn company page. Luckily have disputed through PayPal and got money back from these crooks

Very poor service. Items not delivered and have been in touch via the online form.( the only way apparently.) Still no reply or acknowledgement even after filling in the forms again.I wouldn't bother buying from them again and neither should you. Unless you like being messed around and no communication from this company!!!!

Ordered some adidas predator firm ground elite with the foldover tongue and only gave me one boot, then when emailed them they claimed that they didn’t even tho only one boot was in the box. However did end up sending me the other boit

I ordered 4 pairs of football boots so my son could chose a pair. Evri initially said they couldn't deliver when they said they would - I knew i wouldn't be in the next day so redirected to a pick up place. Took another 7 days to arrive. When I collected my parcel I was surprised to find no football boots but a TRIPOD instead. No news on where my parcel was, no sending out a new parcel. I cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund that is pending. I've seen numerous posts about getting items completely different from their orders. I would never use this company again - completely unreliable

Terrible service, scammers.
I purchased 3 fishing poles from them, they never arrived and for some reason the postage company sent them back while they were at the dispatch centre. The company have me no explanation, no contact, no apology and then they only received funded me for the items and not the postage which was £5. This was after 2 weeks of waiting. Do not bother with this Company they are terrible

Very good in sending items quickly. However they certainly don’t want you to return anything as I emailed them a week ago to ask for the returns form, but no word at all.
They keep sending adverts out though but do not answer any emails & there is no phone number for them, as it has been discontinued.

I have a item with doesnt fit i have been trying for 2 days to arrange a return but the refund page cant find my order. the customer form page doesnt work so no way to get the refund or exchange, So i have wasted £36 and still got no sliders for my holiday.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was disappointing.

My parcel was significantly delayed by Evri and I had considerable difficulty getting a response from Lovell at first. I emailed customer services and also tried repeatedly to use the contact form on their website, but the form appeared not to work and I received no confirmation that my messages had been submitted.

Once Lovell eventually responded, they investigated the missing parcel and have now processed a full refund. I have also received confirmation that the refund has been issued.

I appreciate Anna and the team getting the matter resolved in the end, but the initial lack of communication made an already frustrating delivery problem considerably more stressful.

I hope Lovell improves the reliability of its contact system and response times, because the eventual resolution was much better than the initial customer service experience.
