Although the house sale itself came easily , the lead up and all the viewings were handled promptly , efficiently and with feedback given to me via the company sales site. Loveitts are a great Estate Agents to work with when buying a property as they are very responsive and ensure that there is great communication at all times.

We recently bought a property which was a probate property and which had been empty for some time.

Jamie and Chelsey were great at supporting us at the start of the process and with organising viewings and any queries we had. Jamie supported us while we waited to hear if our offer had been accepted and with the negotiations with the seller.

The process of buying took longer as it was a Probate property. However, Michelle at Loveitts supported us every step of the way with the process. Enabling, the surveyor and additional trades people to access the property to assess and provide quotes and for us to have additional viewings to check details such as the loft space. Michelle also chased up both sets of solicitors and kept us informed when things seemed to go quiet with the conveyancing process.

WOW. from start to finish the staff at Loveitts were amazing. Really professional and very caring. Michelle and Chelsea were so lovely and kept me informed right the way through.

We brought our family home through Loveiits, after what had been a very difficult 18 months of issues arising with buyers of our property, loveitts were a breath of fresh air of support. The level of professionalism Michelle, chelsea and Jamie demonstrated was second to none and their communication is consistent, open & honest. Michelle was a fantastic sales progressor and so on the ball and supportive of our situation having a new born baby as well as a toddler, so took alot of the stress away from us.
