I would give less stars if I could. The product I bought was a total dud and doesn’t work but I was never sent a confirmation email with an order number so I can’t even contact y’all about the issue. Absolutely fkn useless

2 out of 3 ain't bad
I liked that all the chargeable device I bought worked well and arrived as described. They did what the description said of each device. The only downfall was the silicon rubber cockring, that seemed to dissintergrate and fall apart after the first use so I wouldn't recommend buying that toy. Waste of money. We followed the instructions and only used water based lube but the rubber just broke apart. I suppose 2 out of 3 toys bought a smile and satisfaction ☺️ I think the rubber used needs to be more durable and longer wearing.

Misleading Domain
Great products. Good discounts. But this site is misleading as it’s branded as a .co.nz website. I assumed it was based in New Zealand as I am. But no everything comes from Australia. So I ended up waiting over a week for 2 bottles of lube when girl I could’ve gone to the store for what I ended up paying in shipping.

Small to Size
I'm a size 16, ordered a sixe 20-22 bra as suggested and it was still too small. Products are cute, seem not terrible in quality and prices arent bad, but sizing is ridiculous.

I’m so sorry to hear that the lingerie was not the best fit. Every body shape is different so it can sometimes be hard to find the perfect item and size. However we have passed this onto our Lingerie Design Team.
You can return any unopened, unused or unworn product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Lingerie can be tried on over your own garments but must be returned in fully in tact packaging with tags still attached.

I received two broken items. I understand things break but I was sent yet another broken one as a replacement then I wasn’t able to get a full refund only partial. Horrible company never ordering again I’d much rather pay extra some place else and know I’ll get what I’m expecting.
