I ordered the ice cream cups and was shocked at how thin and light they were. I expected a more solid and sturdy bowl not something that felt like tin. Will not order from them ever again.

DPD f*** up the delivery and the Customer service was very available and made it happen that I finally got my parcel. They did an huge effort and resent it via post.
They were even actively asking if I didn’t reply.
I appreciated it a lot.

The quality of the items is extremely low, thus website is misleading, it is essentially dropshipping posing as high quality designed objects.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The product page is completely misleading, and once you receive the item and realize it’s not what was promised, good luck getting any help.

I reached out to customer service expecting at least some sort of support or option for return. Instead, I was given the runaround — vague replies, delays, and no real solution. They don’t offer any real return option, despite what their website claims. The so-called “return policy” they advertise is basically a lie.

It honestly feels like they just try to string you along until you give up. This was a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache — I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor quality. Feels almost like tin, lt weight. At least not a nice product for indoor use. Maybe good for camping if you don’t care about quality.

Love Ecru does not support money back guarantee. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees but since it’s shipping from China it’s cost prohibitive.

Be warned that if you do not like the product for any reason you do not have e the option to return.

I am completely dissatisfied with both the delivery and the product itself.

Firstly, I placed my order on February 3rd and chose expedited shipping (5-7 days) and paid for this, but I only received my package on February 18th. I was really counting on the item arriving on time, as it was meant to be a gift. However, not only was it delayed, but the entire box was completely dented, making it impossible to present the mug as I originally intended.

Secondly, the product itself is poorly made. The bottom square part and the base of the cone are extremely rough, and the bottom of the square looks terrible. The top is also uneven, and there is even a chip in the paint.

I wrote to their support team by email, and they apologized but said that it’s handmade, so there might be some imperfections. However, I don’t think that the term “handmade” can be used to justify a genuinely defective item with a crack.

Horrible quality
No option to return because they ship straight from China and want to charge you for return shipment.
Also took like a whole month to get delivered

The order takes more than 3 weeks. My first order for 2 cups came faster, but they are not practical.

Mugs remain in stains even after washing.

They are beautiful in the photo, but I wouldn't spend money on it. I do not recommend.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS AND HAVE A CONCERN THAT THIS CHRISTMAS GIFT WILL NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. TRACKING HAS SHOWN THAT THE ITEM WEIGHED MORE THAN STATED ON DOCUMENTATION AND HAD TO BE HELD IN HUB UNTIL CORRECTED.

Achtung nicht bestellen!! Die Qualität ist leider überhaupt nicht wie erwartet. Habe mir eine Butterdose bestellt die leider total schief war. Auf Anfrage hin, ob ich meine Produkte zurückschicken kann, hieß es nur, aufgrund von zu hohen Kosten ist dies nicht möglich. Nach langer Diskussion habe ich nur die Hälfte des Produktes zurückerstattet bekommen, obwohl dieser mangelhaft war. Auf den anderen Produkten der Bestellung bleibe ich nun sitzen, da keine Retoure möglich ist.

Its a scam. they send half the products we ordered and paid and just didnt answer. The quality is really not worth the price but they also refuse a return.
So we got half the products (in bad quality) that we ordered..

Bought 2 mugs. Really pretty. Nothing to say about that. Only thing is that it took forever to be shipped (not at all the times they speak about at first-took two weeks just to be shipped out) + they’re so smaller that what I thought which would lead me to my issue —> would be great to have measurement and for what sort of coffees it can be used (lattes, flat white etc..). On top of that, prices compare to the size of the mugs are very high (70€ for one mug made for cortados~) so I wouldn’t really recommend. We can found the exact same for way cheaper and larger.

Click bait, DONT BUY!! Poor product quality and zero customer service. I ordered the wrong size and my return was refused and they made it sound like returning was super expansive, complicated, and comes with a lot of risks to the customer. Czarinas suggestion was I should just buy another one :)

The steel coffee cups were very good. Loved the shining look of those

its a rip-off.. they delay the shipping and when you start complaining, they try to charge additional shipping expenses "because you live in a remote location". On top of it, when you want to cancel the order, they request a 12% cancellation fee ! A complete rip off.

Very bad experience with these guys

I bought some very expensive cups 42 days ago! I havent receive them yet.. I´m trying o be patient, but the most unbelievable thing is that they keep asking me for extra fees for the shipping!!! Do not waste your time or your money with these thief's

I purchased two latte cups. They are so beautiful. However, I poured some coffee in the cup, and the outside was so hot, I couldn’t begin to hold it with my bare hands. I checked in with the company. No return allowed since I “used” the cup. Plus it had been three days since I received my purchase. I have never run into such poor customer service. So disappointed. I feel scammed honestly.

This particular vendor is overcharging for products. They seem to want to capitalize on what feels “aspirational”, exotic, or out of reach for the average shopper. “Want porcelain pieces from Japan? Here, you can buy this rare and expensive set of dishes for hundreds of dollars now!” For example, the Kaneko Rinka Porcelain pieces. I am an American currently living in Japan and see these and similar pieces often. These products are available in Japan for a fraction of the cost, sometimes at rates equaling $15.00 USD, depending on the piece size. (The cost of Rinka pieces can also vary according to daily Yen-to-USD exchange rates.) But they do not and should not cost $136.00 for a single cup and saucer. The price points offered on LoveÉcru are absurd. Don’t be fooled into overspending on their beautifully posh and curated site.

There is another site vendor that offers these and other authentic Japanese pieces at reasonable prices. It’s called NIHON Ichiban - Anything From Japan. You can find the Kaneko Rinka plates there, and they do ship them internationally. They also charge you at the most current daily Yen Rate, which has generally been low in recent years. So that could be to your financial benefit. You do have to pay for shipping, which is a slight pain. But you can get multiple Rinka porcelain pieces and still spend less than it would cost you to pay for one product using LoveÉcru. I did! Good luck, and happy shopping.
