Like many before me, I have to say that 1 star is too much for this website that calls themselves a 'business' ....
I have ordered here many years ago and still had to have the garment altered before I could wear it. Forgot about the poor quality, and mistakenly ordered a dress a few weeks ago which came with a great big blue stain right down the front of the WHITE dress.
I had selected Afterpay, and had paid the fist instalment already, even though I had returned it as per their instructions. The return/exchange policy is not clearly visible to shoppers, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered with them.
Returned it and advised that I was not wanting an exchange, because I now have no interest in being forced into purchasing a product that is extremely low quality, and could most likely be UNWEARABLE.
The response I was met with was extremely rude, and basically told me that it is completely my fault for purchasing in the first place, and there is nothing they will do about cancelling my Afterpay order. Direct quote from an email says: ''We are charged a high fee to accept your payment, and this fee is non-refundable, that is why we don't refund AfterPay orders."
Not sure why any business would offer a payment method they cant be bothered processing proper refunds/returns for??
I have filed a complaint to the ACCC, which mentions any product deemed to be faulty or unusable is able to refunded by law. Of course, further responses from their 'staff' (I say that as a joke!) have been rude, and extremely unhelpful - sadly nothing else. The emails they write put the blame back onto the customer, and it seems rather clear to me that they really don't care about resolving the issues their customers are experiencing.
I had provided photos of the item in the email I compiled when sending off the return, which clearly shows the blue stain down the front of the dress. The email I got in return advised:
"Your item wasn't dirty - it was a brand new dress, it has a slight tarnish mark on the fabric, which happened when the fabric was pressed in the factory. It happens rarely, white colors are more prone to this. "
This explanation was completely unacceptable to me, and horrified me even further as to how these people can continue speaking to their customers like this!
More direct quotes from emails I have received include -
"As you a have placed previously 4 orders with us (#19902 December 4, 2017, #20747 December 18, 2017, #22752 February 2, 2018 & #44960 May 7, 2019) I am sure you are well aware of our returns policy."
(Absolutely, I perfectly and clearly remember your returns policy from two years ago, that's ALL I think about!)
Another lovely quote from one of their staff members:
"I have been more than nice, and understanding with you. However, I don’t appreciate the tone in your emails. You don’t need to call us lazy, incompetent, etc for simply following our returns policy (which you have agreed to). Please treat us with respect, just like we treat you. We are following the law, and the law states we have every legal right to fix the garment and return it to you."
(I work in customer service, and I would be terminated from my role if I sent emails like this. Sadly, this is continuous and not subject to just one email I have received. Also, I have NOT been treated with respect, because if I was, I wouldn't have filed a complaint...)
Overall, I am really dissapointed by this businesses responses to their customer complaints. It seems extremely clear to me that they do not care to treat their customers with respect or look to consider refunds with these specific circumstances where they have clearly messed up. Reading other reviews, I am absolutely horrified that they choose to respond to any criticism or complaint with rude answers that pushes their customer to feel that they are the problem, not the business itself. No business will get anywhere with this pathetic attitude.

Carbon dress
I ordered the carbon dress, the dress was amazing however the underlayer was way to short leaving my ladie bits on display, I will Add a panel to cover this.
The packaging was gorgeous.
The service was great, however I did email asking if they had any discount which I was told no, but than I found one on google.. so not sure why I was told otherwise.
I have just order two more dress’ and am hoping for the best.

Horrendous items & experience.
Terible quality product. Rude & unhelpful. Don't waste your money they are bullies & nasty ones at that. Have had to take legal action against them to get my money back as they only pffer store credit so you're stuck with more junk from them and can never get your money back even though they're the ones supplying rubbish that's overpriced and not as described. Horrible horrible experience. 1 star is too high of a rating for this business.

No i was not a repeat customer you sent me a dress with a hole in the back that i needed for a wedding. You then said I'd need to repurchase another dress to ensure I'd have one in time so I requested a compensation amount to repair the dress as it had a hole in the back and i did not have the funds to purchase a whole new dress and postage!! You offered a small store credit hence the only reason I purchased any more of your rubbish clothing had you reimbursed me cash i'd have never lost another $150 from your poorly designed and made clothing! The repairs for the first dress cost me out of my pocket. I did not extort anything from you in any way you're diluded if you believe so. Had your items been as described to a reasonable standard i wouldn't have had a problem! You're the ones who have held the faulty garment for WEEKS now and made no effort to come to a resolution due to arrogance and ego. Attempting to belittle me; assuming I haven't taken further action is a clear mistake on your part as i have in fact taken this further. You can continue to believe this it not a faulty item but Fair trading supported me in the fact that a poorly made garment and non functioning zipper is in fact a major fault as the item was unusable and I'd have never purchased it had i known they also made comment on how rude you were and that retailers usually have more of an idea on how to treat customers! I will not discuss anything further with you i have applied the the tribunal & will allow for a court to decide an outcome considering how you treat people. Do not contact me again. ABSOLUTE BULLIES!

Majority of dresses are good quality
Majority of dresses are good quality, I only come across one dress that stitches has come out. Pre Order items are really Pre-order! It could be near or over a month to get your dress, if you’re in a hurry to get a dress do not purchase Pre Order item/s as per their T&C. All of all I’m pretty easy to pleased. If I like what I see in their website Chance is I probably place an order again.

Shocking experience. Placed an order on 10th of March as a "pre order dress" which was due end of March (29th) now nearly a month on and still no dress, No update at their end to advise where the dress was and after me chasing I was advised there were delays with their manufacturer. I asked for a refund which they denied. I was offered store credit which I did not accept. Their delay in emails and service is atrocious. STAY AWAY. I have taken this further as I want a refund as I do not want a credit as I never want to deal with them again!

I am also surprised at your response back to a customer. There was no update from your end - hence where I said I had to chase for one. The person I spoke to yesterday was extremely rude.
Several emails that I SENT were NOT all responded back too.
The pre order dates are misleading. Don't put an expected date if these things can happen. I wouldn't of purchased the "pre order item" knowing these sorts of delays happen. I will never recommend your business as its a joke. Yes I was offered a store credit from your store which I don't want. The dress I wanted was for an occasion which has been and gone as I expected the dress by the end of the March where it states the dress would be ready by. Perhaps manufacture elsewhere so other people don't get caught up in your hopelessness.
