Was looking for a replacement for my old Nespresso which is now more expensive than most others. Came across a promotion for the L-or machine with 100 free pods, looked a the machine spec compared with Nespresso almost identical. Ordered 4 working days ago, this afternoon delivered via Amazon

Tested, the coffee is superb can have cup or mug, not really a choice with my old nespresso I already had a frother so just ordered the machine. If you are looking for a replacement check their web site.

J’ai acheté en promotion des capsules le L’or du café splendente dans mon magasin carrefour de faverolles sur cher’ ce colis était de 35 +15 capsules . Ces capsules ne rentrent pas correctement dans ma machine Krusty de l’or du café . Elles s’écrasent se déforment ne se perforent pas . Contacte le service client mets tous les obstacles à sa disposition pour ne pas reconnaître ses défauts . Je les cite donne les références de la boîte , le ticket d’achat . Sachant que le ticket d’achat n’est délivré que si le produit fait l’objet d’une garantie bisannuelle. Vous avez trouvé la boîte dans une poubelle et vous voulez bénéficier de notre garantie.. un numéro de dossier m’est fourni et depuis plus rien. …cela fait une semaine.

L’or barista machine with attached coffee frother.
Madness, the frother unit is broken, makes a grinding sound, the metal connector pins are loose and I need a replacement. It’s in warranty. I only need a frother unit, not a complete new machine. Apparently I have to return the entire coffee unit! In my own packaging, in my own time, via Royal Mail. It will then be decided if I need a new frother. My husband is an engineer, it’s a design fault and getting worse with every use. Will probably break entirely when it’s just out of warranty. We do not need a whole new machine, just the frother! But no, apparently we are not in a climate crisis, we do not need to save the worlds resources, the whole bulky unit needs to be boxed, wrapped securely to prevent the machine getting damaged then looked at to see if it’s repairable, the frother is not, then I may get a replacement…when I stated I just need the frother apparently it’s not possible! Madness, it’s 2025…. When my Gtech fails I get a diagnosis remotely and new parts sent, no time wasting, less environmental impact, less stress. The world has gone mad! So here goes, a complete waste of my time and theirs, I’ll update here when resolved but I’m shocked by the customer service, or lack of it!

I ordered a l'or coffee machine (via Amazon) and am really pleased with it and the quality of the capsules. So why the one star review? Well, because the L'or website is just unusable - without a doubt the WORST website from a 'proper' brand I have ever used. It is utterly disfunctional, even just trying to register a nachine to get the promised credit is impossible. And then navigating the shop - again, impossible, it's an endless doomloop. Fine, I'll just buy compatible pods from elsewhere, but they need to sort this out!

I like the coffee, but how do you get the lid off??? I had to get my son to open the jar.

Commande effectuée le 07/01/2025, reçus le 10/01, sauf que à l'ouverture du colis, il manque des articles pourtant facturés et encaissés, j'envoie un message dans la prise de contact avec une photo du colis, j'attends quelques jours, toujours pas de réponse, je les appelle et la je tombe sur un conseillé qui me répond qu'effectivement il y avait une rupture de stock (prévenir le client doit être en option) et que j'ai été remboursé, hors ce n'est pas le cas et toujours pas de remboursement en vue, l'or doit bien se porter en facturant et encaissant des produits qu'il n'envoie pas

I purchased the machine and some capsules early Nov and it took at least 2 weeks before they said they shipped it. Another 2 weeks and I still hadn’t received it. Stupidly, I ordered more coffee capsules and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from them. I have tried contacting them. It’s impossible to get through on the phone and I got nothing so far from my email. I like the way the coffee tastes and that’s why I gave 2 stars. The company is horrible though. At least I can use other branded capsules in their machine.

Having read some of the reviews I was a little uneasy about ordering from L’or but can honestly not fault them on communication & delivery of our large order of coffee pods. Arrived promptly & able to track the whole way. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the customer service from L'OR

Purchased a bundle which originally I was very happy about but unfortunately made a small error on the bundle and forgot to add a small item which is part of a slightly larger bundle.
Instead of paying the difference and having the only item sent out. I was advised they cannot help and to purchase the item at the full price instead.
Now having to arrange for the whole package to be returned. Instead of re-ordering the package, I will now be looking at other coffee makers due to the hassel its caused.

Customer service was terrible and there is no logic behind the business thinking. Unnecessary logistical costs, and you now went from having a happy customer to a lost customer.

Placed an order on 1st December, I was sent incorrect tracking information and my order did not arrive. I called customer services a number of times, it took a very long time to get through to speak to anyone and when I eventually did they asked me to wait for another week to see if the order arrived. Eventually after more conversations with customer service it was determined the package had been lost and all that could be offered was a refund. Refund received however the overall experience was poor and I would not recommend.

Awful company! They stated 6 tins on their website but they only to send one tin out. I then contacted them to ask where the others where and they said it was a mistake on their website and have been very rude via email and phone. Avoid at all costs!

Too many of the reviews on here are about the ordering/buying process, not the machine itself or how it performs. I'm sure it's performing to spec, and I would probably give it 5 stars for that. However, the documentation is poor - the usual 24 languages of unreadable T&Cs, plus a scant few pages of non-verbal diagrams designed to apply to all languages. Unfortunately it's impenetrable - you are on your own trying to work out how to use it. It really needs a WRITTEN manual. What is the L'Or system, and why does it have 2 sizes of capsule? When do you press which buttons? Does it automatically dispense 2x the amount of water for the larger capsules or do you press it twice? etc etc. A plague on these multi-language devices that come with no proper written instructions and are impossible to understand without training! However, after some browsing I found a couple of YouTube videos online that seem to answer my questions. I upgraded my initial 3 stars to 4 stars, seems a good product, but I shouldn't have had to hunt for instructions.

Ottime capsule per il caffè. Provate diverse tipologie, gusto intenso e morbido, soprattutto per me che bevo il caffè amaro; ho provato anche la varietà al caramello, ottima per una merenda golosa oppure anche aggiunto al latte della mattina. Confezione in alluminio, sono solita svuotare il caffè nel caffè dell'umido, le capsule invece le riciclo con l'alluminio. Ideali anche per realizzare decorazioni e lavoretti per dare sfogo alla propria creatività

Ordered a coffee machine and capsules on November 16th and still not received anything. Last email from them was 19th November.
Emailed twice and called to be told they're so busy that emails are not being read.
Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
