I cannot thank Lorel diamonds, and especially Jayne Edwards for the help they provided me. I was on a deadline as i had a date in mind for the proposal but no ring which is kind of an issue! I found the perfect ring on the website and spoke to Jayne regarding early delivery and they managed to get it all sorted for me with express delivery in two weeks which was amazing and I am so grateful for her help. I ordered a beautiful ring on behalf of My future son in law, We kind of left it last minute as We needed it to be ready for a holiday We had planned which He had decided He was going to propose to My Daughter, local jewellers couldn’t guarantee it would be ready in time, I came across Lorel and after explaining the situation was told it would be ready on a certain date and be delivered 2 days before We were going, We took the gamble and it certainly paid off, arrived as said and it was stunning, My Daughter was overwhelmed with the proposal and the gorgeous engagement ring, We would highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with the service provided. My wife wanted a keepsake to remember her 60th birthday. Using monetary gifts from friends and family, she decided on a thumb ring. She had an idea of what she'd like but was unable to find it in any of the jewellery stores locally. After researching on line she found Lorel diamonds had the exact ring she wanted. Clearly this had to be made in a larger size to fit a thumb
This was designed and created n a timely manner. There are actually more diamonds in it than expected it fits perfectly and is of excellent quality and finish. The ring arrived in quality packaging that can be used to store it when not being worn. Thank you , my wife will treasure this.

Beautifully packaged , received the ring quite quickly and it’s lovely , whilst I didn’t use the after care they seemed very helpful and enclosed lots of information and a valuation of ring , fab quality .

The choice of rings is incredible, every style size and cut you could dream of. The prices are ridiculously reasonable, they seem too good to be true!! I must admit I was so indecisive and constantly asking advice from customer service, they were so helpful, quick to respond and it seemed nothing was too big an ask. My eventual chosen engagement ring arrived exactly to the timescale given and we were kept informed of progress. The packaging was absolutely beautiful, paperwork comprehensive and the ring is stunning! I can’t recommend this jeweller enough and we will definitely be shopping here for our wedding rings!
