I spoke with a lady called Jayne who was superb in organising the order and getting CAD drawings sent over for approval. She kept me updated throughout the process until the ring arrived. Great service from my first contact. I found the ring that I liked but wanted another type of diamond - this was no problem at all. I was kept up to date all the way through the consultation period and received a CAD of the ring before committing to the purchase.
