This company is really very good . Their customer service is exceptional , like customer service of old , prompt ,courteous, reactive , helpful and reliable . Their prices are good and they are easy to contact . I would highly recommend using them if they have what you need , you wont regret it . This review is unprompted - its such a relief to deal with a great company.

I recently bought a lawn mower and cartidges from London Power Tools. Their customer service was excellent and I mainly delt with Vijay who was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.
One of the items needed to be ordered in and Vijay kept me informed the whole way through. Even the delivery driver was really helpful and friendly.
A really great service and I would definately recommend London Power Tools and will use again.

Ordered a stihl battery as a backup and some gearbox grease. Best price around and free shipping over £90.Stihl had discontinued the lube so the battery was shipped within one day and the refund was processed quickly for the item not available. Was contacted by Andy from the company who offered an alternative at a great price and also shipped free of charge as they couldn't supply the original order and my battery was on its way.Great service and was excellent communication. The courier company they used was DX,both dx and London power tools can't be faulted.

Ordered a Dewalt Multitool at a good price, received it next day, very happy with my purchase, would use again.

Ordered at 3 pm on Tuesday and received on Wednesday 9.12 am. Delivery service is much better than Amazon Prime!

Having given 5 stars for a previous delivery I am giving 1 star for the delivery I still have not received.
Ordered a mower for 1 to 3 day delivery, paid, got my order acknowledgement - then nothing.
No contact whatsoever, until I called them 6 days later to be told 'something must have gone wrong'.
Promised delivery early next day, still no contact, so contacted them again at 2pm on day of 'early delivery'.
After a long ring time the phone was answered with 'allo. I checked if I was talking to London Power Tools, response, 'yeah'.
Enquired again regarding delivery, to then be asked what is my tracking number..........er, don't have one of those as I have received nothing from them.
After giving postcode I was told - yeah, should be there today.

Well thanks for that riveting customer service response.

I only saved around £15 from competitors, will be going elsewhere in future, suggest anyone reading this does the same.

Ordered a Stihl FS40 strimmer. Great price, easy to communicate with staff via email or by telephone. Item arrived via Fed Ex well packaged and in mint condition. Pleased and will use again . Thank you.

Top service and communication! I desperately needed a van vault. They managed to get me one delivered in just 2 days! Definitely recommend. Will be using again!

Avoid this company, took well over a month to receive my items and only after opening a case with PayPal. Very poor response to emails for delivery update or refund requests. It seems to me they take your order knowing they have no stock and then place an order with their suppliers, hoping they receive it quickly.

Placed an order with these guys with an open mind. I can’t deny the prices they have on offer are some the cheapest i have seen for some time.
Like most, the level of communication is low, only an email to confirm order and then DHL text me on day of delivery with a time slot. It arrived just a day over the suggested delivery time frame which wasn’t the end of the world.

Overall not a bad experience, if your looking for value for money and not in urgent need of an item these guys do come through. If your looking for reliable speed and communication then maybe use one of the most established online stores.

I rang to cancel my order today 15/12/20, no communication other than myself calling and treated as if I was getting a favour getting my refund

Useless customer service. Ordered an item on 31st July with promise of 3-5 day delivery. It’s now 19th Aug so 20 days later and no product. No reply to phone, no reply to polite voicemail message, no reply to email.

Do not waste your time with this company trying to save a few quid. Order from a more reputable company who can pick up the phone and talk to their customers.

Quite possible a scam/phoney website.

UPDATE - Order received 9 working days after order being placed. I called on the 7th working day and spoke to someone. Items are exactly what I wanted and were a great price. Just don't expect to be kept informed after placing your order.

Really disappointed with communication.

Ordered two Stihl items on 2nd August which were identified as 3-5 working days delivery.

Rang numerous times at the end of the week (7th August), no answer and left voicemail message.

Have now contacted via Messenger hoping Saturday (8th August) opening hours would mean a response may be received - nothing as yet.

I suspect there are issues but without any communication, I am left disappointed and currently out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Please reply to my messages.

After a month of waiting for our item and no contact from London Power Tools, we contacted them and were informed that the item was unavailable.

No contact at all from London Power Tools with any kind of order update.

Ordered a Stihl lawnmower. Very reasonable price, delivered less than 48hours after order was placed, product in perfect condition.

Purchased Stihl brush cutter attachment on line on a Saturday. Price was lower than most rival companies and delivery was free to my area.

Delivery turned up at home on Monday morning when no-one was in. Driver phoned me and we agreed a location to leave the item securely.

Polite, speedy service and will use again.
