I had to pay additional 10 € in the delivery, however refunded afterwards
I am disappointed because I had to pay 10€ additional on the delivery because of Customs Clearance. However the London Guitar refunded me after Indid ask for. Thank you.

Dear Jose, we are very sorry about the issue of the charge for customs clearance, these vary a lot between different countries since Brexit so it is not always clear what will get charged. I was also shown some others to consider and I am extremely satisfied that I came away with the right guitar. Great service, choice of stock and made the experience of buying a new guitar very pleasant.

1st time buyer
Ordered an Alhambra 7P guitar with a soft case and two books, to be delivered to Northumberland. Needed to be delivered to my parent’s address as I was at work. Order arrived the next day. All in good condition and the guitar is exceptional. My nephew also had a large cardboard box to play with. This was the first time ordering a musical instrument online and I was pleasantly surprised by the process. I can happily recommend the LGS for purchasing a quality classical guitar

Excellent package, came with a nice bag. The guitar looks beautiful it's a shame I can't play due to my shoulder replacement but doc says maybe December I'll be fit to play. Thanks LGS for a great service.

Alhambra 3C Classical Guitar - This is probably the most genuine and…
This is probably the most genuine and pleasant guitar buying experience I have had online and by phone support period. No nonsense friendly advice on choosing the right guitar, Alhambra 3C classical in my case. They were also helpful in correcting my order before shipment, and even went as far as doing a setup to lower the action of the guitar when I mentioned what action I am used to on a steel string. Plays beautifully after a quick tune up. Very fast next day delivery, and came packaged to protect against damage. I highly recommend LondonGuitarStudio, and would definitely purchase from them again.
