Great Service in Londis Weymouth Abbotsbury road time and time again. I have been into this store on multiple occasions for different things and everytime the girls in there have been polite, friendly and helpful, On this visit in went in with my autistic daughter and they were so accommodating without fussing. My daughter commented on the service and said they really do a good job and are friendly. She doesnt speak to many people but did to these staff and that is rare. So this review is from her, thankyou for not making me feel stupid like i do in most shops and thankyou for doing a good job. Thankyou especially to a blonde girl on sandwiches and a dark haired girl on tills sorry its vague never got there names.

Londis- Whitgift in Croydon 87 Brighton Road. Horrible stuff on 11 of February around 2am in the morning. I come by taxi got some drinks, take a bag pack my drinks, I got home and I see one of my drinks missing, call taxi again to come back (paid again extra money) spoke to the guy that was working there, he blamed me saying that I should check my drinks before I take them, first of all I order I pay I get my drinks and go and all he was saying that I should’ve checked my drinks like is my job having all attitude and being rude to me, I have asked for manager number or email, all he gave me was a receipt with a store number on it, saying it was manager number, absolutely horrible experience, will never go back there cause of this horrible customer service in Londis.

After a hike up Orpington high street was told to come back after 5 to return a parcel.
What a joke, nothing on the website, no good a sign on the window when you are already there!

Went in and firstly half the red wines had no price. There was a hardys on offer and after tearing the young lady away from her phone I enquired if there was anymore merlot. She looked at shelf and said no that's it. After choosing 2 bottles at £6.79 and 2 rolls of sweets and a bag of watermelon cubes I proceeded to till. Wines went through at £6.99 not as advertised (I know it is just 40p but it is the principle) after pointing it out she went over removed the label and I asked why the discrepancy and was told prices change everyday and she walked off. My argument is well change the label it is 6pm at night you had all day. After paying I noticed the 2 rolls of sweets (which were clearly marked up at 40p each) were charged at 85p each. I called her assistant over and enquired to why this was also incorrectly marked up. The girl on the till shouted in front of other customers those are not 40p and the assistant started peeling off the 40p sticker. I by then I had enough and stated I have bought 5 things in this shop and 4 of them are incorrectly marked up to which the reply was 'we are really sorry about that' in a very sarcastic way with no eye contact just kept peeling. This is not the first time this Londis has had things priced incorrectly and will be the last time I visit. Absolutely disgusting customer service and clearly not bothered about selling at the advertised price or customer service.I know it is only £1.30 but it is just the principle of and the attitude. It wouldn't be accepted anywhere else like a restaurant or other places where you expect to pay the price advertised.

If you want to be served by the rudest young woman then head over to Bexley Park Londis! Sadly this is the nearest convenience store to me but I try to avoid it if at all possible but there’s always that occasion when you run out of something. The receipt says her name is Veeraj. She’ll even blame you for creating a queue because you aren’t putting your purchases in your bag quickly enough!

I bought a pack of Oreo classic from Londis Borough.

The rudest, most angriest person you'll ever meet is working at the fuel station on Plymouth Road in Plymouth, she snaps at you if you're not typing in your card number in to the machine within milliseconds, or just for anything really? It's actually scary to go in there on a morning when its busy as she has no issues with talking to you like absolute dirt in from of a queue of strangers.

Went into the Bebington store which i used to do often, explained calmly and politely at first that i was given the wrong cigarettes i was told that would never happen, the manager got very arguementative followed me outside and squared up to me, I am 60 years old was a retail manager for 25 years and have never spoke to a customer like this, absolutely outrageous .

Every single time I go there regarding delivery from Yodel company , either to collect or to sent off , they never has printer working if you want to sent something , which clearly sais , print in store , or to collect, which seems their scanner suddenly stops working . Worse I went to collect my parcel from them today ,it was a gift for my friend for her birthday , and I really needed to get my parcel , guy refuse to give it to me , even though I had parcel nb and all . And he was shouting at me saying he can not do anything. As his scanner is not working . Unfortunately my friend didnt get her birthday gift , was really embarrassing to go empty-handed .
If this store not capable of dealing with this , they shouldn't be listed as a" sent or collect parcels store". They have no manners or communication skills .

I use this Londis for sending packages and the gentleman who runs it is always so pleasant. On a recent occasion unwittingly I bought a massive package not thinking that might be difficult for him to store as the shop is on the small side so my fault entirely. But instead of refusing to take it he was really kind and took care of it just gently asking if I could avoid larger parcels in the future which of course I will. I was very impressed and grateful.

The owner at Rosegrove londis has no manners over charged me on a lottery ticket and couldn't find my parcel when I had all proof it was delivered I will never use this shop again

I called them to see if my parcel was in the post office and it wasn't a problem for them to check unfortunately it wasn't there but it did turn up eventually and again they were only too happy to help

The londis store in Redbridge is absolutely horrible. Went in to return my ASOS order and the member of staff was so rude and abusive. Never in my life have I had such horrible levels of service. A formal complaint has been made but I don’t think it will do any good. Londis need to see these reviews and address these complaints ASAP

The staff behind the counter was extremely rude and very ignorant on his mobile, with no help returning an EVRI parcel, if he is probably the owner, where he thinks he can treat people in this manner.
I have never come across anybody this rude. This shop is on Abbey Road London, Avoid this shop if you have to return a parcel.

Londis Y Felinheli have the best staff for customer service. Debbie is the cheeky one and Amanda is the cute one! Seriously though, I visit here a lot and they are always cheerful and helpful. Can't fault them.

I came here to charge my car and cash in my winning Loto scratch card they refusing to cash it unless I bought something what a disgusting place rude people here in Londis Runnymede

I had reason to visit the Esso fuel station in Ormesby earlier today, to drop off a Yodel parcel.

What a rotten experience 😠

I walked to the counter and although my boat race is the stuff of nightmares, I did at least attempt a smile.
All I got from the assistant was a blank stare.

I cheerfully said 'good morning' ........
Nothing.

'I have a Yodel parcel to post' .........
Nothing.

I put the parcel on the high counter ...
He just stared at it.

I then turned it so that he could see the postage label .......
He scanned it, and issued the receipt.

I said thank you .........
Nothing.

And that was it.
Not a word passed his lips.
Not a smile or a greeting of any kind was issued.

I don't think that I've ever dealt with such a miserable, surly, unwelcoming shop assistant in my life.

I will NEVER go back there❗

So.....
Whoever has the franchise for that shop and fuel station. You've lost my custom❗

And Yodel.
I will not choose your delivery service again, just to avoid that shop❗

Not devastatingly shocking in the big scheme of things but I hope that the assistant's boss is aware of what a wonderful asset this employee is.

Our local Londis, at Burbage petrol station in Wiltshire, is a well stocked store which, amazingly, is open 24/7, 365 days per year. The staff are always polite and friendly. It also has a post office. We use it a lot and are always very happy with it.
As an aside, I think Londis should work harder on creating more attractive branding. It's pretty naff! And I'm unsurprised that there are less aprreciative reviews from other reviewers. I have been into a few Londis I couldn't give a shining review to, including with very grotty loos...
