Very rude staff member - he continued a hands-free phone conversation in a foreign language, didn't help me with an Evri label machine, saying "just follow what it says", then just pointed to a load of packages (likely to be stolen/broken!) and said - Put it there!
I've had similar rudeness/ lack of manners when just buying a newspaper, etc.

Worst for Uber deliveries. I gave them 3 chances to be nice. But every time the uber order says ‘Oops, finding another delivery driver’. Not ordering from them again. Also after reading reviews on here apparently not just my town it happens in. Never had this with any other shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH IT.

I live in Crown Wood, in Bracknell, Berkshire. The Londis there has been my local shop for the last 6 years approximately. In the last year, they have changed hands and have new owners. It has been the breath of fresh air needed for some time!! The shop has a whole new layout which makes so much more sense to both owner and shopper. Has a complete and extensive range of necessities vital to day to day needs for the shopper. And the owners/staff … they are welcoming and engaging, and so helpful. They are keen for feedback and to know if there is anything you need or that they can improve on!! 🙌

I am looking forward to a long and continued shopping relationship with this store 😊

Londis in Surbiton off King Charles Road. My 12 year old daughter bought a white chocolate covered ice cream. When she tasted it she started to feel sick. She went back to the store with her mother and the man that served her said there’s nothing he can do and she would get the same response if she went to a supermarket. When they got home and told me (dad) what happened I went to Londis. I spoke to the man about my daughter and told him how would he like it if his daughter was treated the same way. I also reminded him that I have bought meat from that shop that had been off and he told me to throw it away and he will give me another one. Said he would be out of business if he kept replacing returned out of date items. I told him selling out of date or off products can put someone in hospital and is illegal. I then told him I would NEVER shop in that store again.

Today the 15th 1.07pm.
I went into Londis Pinhoe Road Exeter. I was met by the counter assistant to say all dogs have to be picked up. I replied she was an assistant dog clearly marked twice on her harness and I would find that hard to do.
No reply from her whatsoever just a silent stare. I left the shop immediately. I will not use Londis again after a very rude person with no common sense or signage on door.

Went into the 24 hour garage and londis store in broxburn last week the guy told me my card wasn’t working a had to go take money out the cash line so a done it a jumped back in my car and realized when I looked at my banking app that in had been charged went back into talk to the guy and he was completely arrogant refused to give me my money back i went in and spoke to the manager the day after they told me the money would be back in my account in 7 days which it has been and the money hasn’t been refunded yet went in tonight at 12 o’clock no other customers and left 2 items on. The tilll the guy never even shouted me told me or anything so I phoned up and he told me he couldn’t understand English to go and see him so I went back down and confronted him he gave me the same arrogance and unhelpful ones blaming me unroll he realized I was videoing him on my phone and have the whole once dent recorded this guy is an arrogant idiot that doesn’t understand English on a phone but is dealing with the public on a till stealing money from them this isn’t the first time he has overcharged my card and been rude to many other people I know iff londis don’t sack him and make an apology that videos going public

Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service Experience

Visited the Etwall store recently and had the misfortune of being "served" by a very rude older man—bald, glasses, Scottish accent, no name badge (conveniently). From start to finish, his attitude was appalling and completely unacceptable.

First off, not even a basic “hello,” “please,” or “thank you.” No manners whatsoever. While I was reading the “do not overfill” sign at the Slushie station—before I even touched the machine—he randomly shouted across the counter, “Don’t overfill it!” No “excuse me,” no polite tone, just aggressive and unprovoked shouting that made me feel instantly uncomfortable. I hadn’t even started filling the cup.

Feeling already put off, I purposely filled the cup only three-quarters full to avoid any further interaction. Then, when I picked up a lid that was placed right next to the Slushie cups, he barked at me again: “That’s not the right lid!” I asked where the right ones were, and he shouted “on the side” twice—no clarification, no indication of direction. Turns out they were inexplicably placed over by the hot drink machine. How is anyone supposed to know that?

Even after doing everything right—turning off the pump, wiping the counter—I approached the till only to be met with more attitude. I placed the Slushie cup down first, and without so much as a greeting, he snapped, “Is that it?” Apparently, I was expected to juggle multiple items at once like a performing seal. When I said I had more, he scowled, scanned everything with visible annoyance, and slammed over £10 worth of items on the counter.

No receipt was offered. No customer service. Just attitude, aggression, and a complete lack of professionalism. If this man hates his job so much, maybe it’s time to find something else that doesn’t involve interacting with people. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had—rude, uncomfortable, and downright embarrassing.

Avoid if you can.

Londis cann hall road Leytonstone London, sales person very rude. He is Asian Bangladeshi or Pakistani. He never say hi/hello, when he talks very rude. So many customers give feedback about this Londis cann hall road, management team they didn't take any action against this sales man. Still his behaviour towards customers very rude.
I print Evri return postage label, after printing he said this rubbish is mine, I have to take it. They don't have any bin in this store or I have to throw in street. How rude.

I have just popped into Londis in Hucclecote Gloucester and the man that served me was probably the rudest I have ever encountered in a shop. He clearly didn't want my parcel, has a terrible attitude and made me scan it myself without passing me the scanner. I shan't be back that's for sure.

Kelvindale store is first class. The gentleman who owns the store is so helpful and cheerful, it makes shopping a pleasure.

£3.99 for a sandwich… gone off lettuce and not even a full slither of a tomato honestly quality is so bad, if i could upload the photo i would

Londis @ Elm, Wisbech, Cambridge is an absolute joke, why offer click and collect just to refuse deliveries. Thanks to you my order has been returned and caused me phone calls, emails. Not good at all, sort yourselves out and don’t sign up to offer click and collect service if you are unable to manage them. I will not spend a penny in this shop moving forward.

Nice staff but store felt in need of a clean up and freshen I felt. I was permitted to use the loo but due to its condition I declined.

My daughter took a job at this fuel station she was there for 4 months working early mornings which ment she had to find cover for my grandchildren
She did her job as instructed every weekend and went in if someone was ill or had time off customer s loved her politeness and happy manner
Having large deliveries every weekend she still managed to serve customers and put stock away
When she had a quiet 20 minutes she sat down by the till bearing in mind everything was done may be checked her phone as my grandson suffers with fitts to make sure all was OK as a concerned mother
She telephoned by the manager and asked to go in to see her and take her keys in which she did
When she got to the station she was taken to a room and verbally dismissed reasons why you have been seen via cameras in the station sitting down and on your phone on Thursday and on Friday the area manager saw you um funny thing is she didn't work Thursday and on Friday when she went in to cover the area manager had already left she didn't work this particular weekend as she had that weekend off she said to the manager has my work always been done her reply was yes when asked then why am I being dismissed reply because you have been on your phone watching you tube my daughter is 35 years of age a mother of 2 it seems the keep you 3 months then get rid of you now she has to go through all the hassle with council tax the DWP rent sections etc I am appalled by the way in which this company treats there staff no verbal warning no written warnings etc she wanted the telephone number to speak to one of the bosses to explain to him the situation but was refused this is the londis fuel station pontllanfraith Blackwood gwent I am disgusted that the lies told about my daughter by staff 2 in particular who are very clicky now another person working there has handed in notice also it seems its one rule for them and one rule for others I will never buy fuel or anything else from there and neither will my family or friends disgusting how they treat there staff

Londis - Snakes Lane East.
Used to be a nice shop run by Sue and Harry as you will probably remember if you went in there. They recently retired (well deserved) and found two men (brothers) to run the shop. That's when it goes downhill. These two bosses said they would keep on the workers already there. They've started making changes to the shop, perhaps too many changes. The bosses are hardly ever there. My mum, if you're a regular probably know Brenda. 25 years working in that shop. They changed her hours 3 times, but she got on with it, she's been getting on with the changes even though they are not all great. She didn't know about her hours until Lyn told her, as they have a WhatsApp group chat, but my mum doesn't do WhatsApp, so rather than getting in contact with her, they left her, luckily Lyn (being her sister-in-law) let her know. She was told by a worker there that the floor staff are having their wages docked for stock that goes out of date and warned her that the same will happen to her and Lyn if the stock behind the tills go out of date. (She doesn't stock the shelves so that's not in her control). My mum has had to FIGHT every week for her wages, they never have it ready. They asked her about her being at retirement age (she is nowhere near that yet!!) We've been thinking They've been trying to edge her out the door. Well last week Friday - ONE DAY AFTER her mum's funeral, they are giving her ONE week notice. They didn't even give a reason why and it wasn't even the boss who told her, he told someone to tell someone to tell her! She phoned up to ask why, to then be told it's because she's not flexible with her hours. They hadn't even discussed this with her properly. They also told her front of shop instead of taking her to the back and talking to her. They seem to do this a lot with their workers. Talk to them when they can't really reply back because they are serving! Funnily enough this all came after she asked about getting the new minimum wage and asking about if she still gets her bank holidays off and paid. It is all so unprofessional there.
My brother-in-law was served in there by one of the men yesterday. He swiftly gave him the change back somehow slyly, without thinking he put it in his pocket and went home. To find that they had given him HALF a £10 note. It was ripped in half and he only got given 1 half.
The prices there are rocketing up.
This place has gone DOWNHILL.
Brenda has been telling her customers about this ordeal to which they have snapped "why does she have to tell everyone!". Why do you think?!
Safe to say I know a LOT of people who will now be boycotting the shop and going elsewhere. They don't care about staff and customers. Such a shame, it used to be a lovely shop. These men who seemed to trick the previous owners into thinking they were nice guys.

Londis Clatterbridge, went to buy a sandwich but was disgusted to find all of them out of date by up to 2 days had to tell the staff member to remove them, 3 days later visited again sandwiches all in date but the bread was very dry and the woman that served me was very unprofessional. Only using as visiting family in the hospice near by would never recommend.

Londis in wallasey village is a rip off. The first time I went they had no soap working at the car wash. Now I've just tried to buy a pack of 4 cokes. The real price was behind a big price tag. I took them to the counter and he said far more than than the massive price tag the tiny writing saying diet coke. So I took them back,moved the sign and found the right place. That is false advertising. Also cans are 1.05 a few shops down. Their price 1.65. Your're open anyway all night for cars. You are just a rip off.

Londis in Broadway Market in Hackney are complete scammers, avoid this shop at all costs. Went there a few days ago to top up my electric key as they have a paypoint machine, i was told by a very rude staff member that the machine was not working, well that was the 4th time in a row that this has happened to me in this particular shop. Anyway i went back in there about 10 minutes later to complain and the same member of staff was topping up someone elses electric key, only because the customer had purchased something from the shop. It is a disgrace that this shop can pick and choose who they serve, if you only want electric or gas then they will not serve you which surely is a breach of their conditions, i have contacted both Londis HQ and Paypoint in regards to these frauds, as yet i await a response.

Car wash machine didn’t work and the clerk told me it was my fault for not pressing with reasonable force on the buttons, that looked more like contact only, and the machine swallowed my money without being able to make it work. That was in Southside, Edinburgh 11:30
