Honestly, i think this is the best pump!

I have been exclusively pumping for 9 months, and i have multiple pumps, manual, stationary ones, in bra. However, this pump is on top of all of them. I dont care u pump one boob at the time and that I have to hold it. ITS FAST!
Around 8 month i noticed a drop in my supply due to reduced amout of pumping and my other pumps would take sometimes 2 hours to get the milk out. I was ready to give up because my other pumps were failing me, pinching, pulling and not even getting milk out, while taking care of very active baby which was incredibly frustrating.

But this pump honestly saved me and my sanity 🤣 the silicone is super soft and comfortable its not pinching or pulling. It's very strong and fast so u can pump whilst taking care of a baby. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner.

Cannot recommend it enough honestly.

The customer servce is very helpful and kind. I reached to them because I needed 21 mm shield that was only available through contacting customer service and they replied quickly. I also signed up for a welcome promo code but have not receive any so I contaced customer service again and they sent it to me immediately. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I have had a brilliant experience with Lola & Lykke’s customer service team on two occasions. They are quick to respond and even offered to replace something I had lost which was unexpected but very welcome!

Have used a Lola and Lykke belly band before and the product was great but I ordered from a third party website. For this pregnancy I decided to go direct to them and ordered my band on the 16th June with 48 hour shipping, 6 days later it has not been received nor has there been a dispatch email. I have tried to contact them on WhatsApp and also emailed directly about my missing order and to request a refund on the delivery fee, but heard nothing. Their items are expensive and I expected better service than this.

Ostin lola&lykke rintapumpun. Pumppu on hellävarainen, koska pystyt säätämään tehoa oman tuntemuksesi mukaan. Aloittaessasi pumppausta pumpussa on kahden minuutin maidon herutus ohjelma joka saa maidon tulemaan helpommin ennen varsinaisen pumppauksen alkamista. Pumppu on langaton joten sillä on helppo pumpata missä vain. Akun kesto on kohtalainen. Pystyt pumppaamaan sillä useita 10min settejä. Pumppuun käy myös osa toisista tuttipulloista, esim. philips avent tuttipullot, joten sinun ei välttämättä tarvitse ostaa pulloja erikseen pumpun merkiltä. Pumppu on omalla käytöllä toiminut todella hyvin. En keksi mitään moitittavaa. Lola&lykken asiakas palvelu toiminut todella hyvin. Tarvitsin pienemmän suppilon pumppuun, joka oli loppu kaikista varastoista. Olin yhteydessä asiakaspalveluun ja he vastasivat todella nopeasti ja lähettivät minulle pienemmän suppilon. Voin suositella lämpimästi heitä.

De klantenservice reageert heel snel en dacht mee met een passende oplossing na het stuk gaan van een product. Erg tevreden over. De producten zelf zijn ook erg fijn!

The equipment I have is really great and I would recommend to friends. I did have an issue with the teat and I think my email got missed with my query, however I believe the company are looking at this as their emails were difficult to read. When I did hear back the team were very helpful. I

I order the postpartum support belt. I checked the size chart thoroughly and picked the size small. On arrival I realised it was too small and tried starting the return process. I quickly recieved an email from costumer service explaining that free returns from the Netherlands was not yet available but I was kindly offered a bigger size free of charge. Saara from costumer service was very kind and understanding. She quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. I have yet to receive and try out the bigger size belt but so far the costumer service is amazing and the belt seems to be of really good quality!
