Really pleased with the service and quality from Loft Ins Space.

Noticed they were doing some work locally and thought I’d try them for a quote as well as the usual national suspects when I was considering boarding the loft.

In the past I’ve boarded my own loft and whilst that is an option, the quality would be nowhere near what Scott and Carl from Loft Ins Space did. From Michael visiting for the initial quote there was never any pressure. He was able to fine tune the quote and installation to match what we needed and didn’t oversell extra storage that we wouldn’t use.

Work was carried out in around half a day and given we’ve just bought a new house with new carpets etc, I can’t rate Scott and Carl highly enough for the cleanliness and attention to detail.

We had a new loft hatch and ladder fitted, two lights and then a service area for safety and raised boarding. Joins are all neat and it looks really good. Almost a shame to fill it with all our “stuff”.

Superb, the boys have done a great job from start to finish for us in Swansea. We moved into a property recently that needed more insulation and boarding so we could utilise the space.
Great advice from Michael who came along to explain the whole process. Then the Team/boys turned up and worked like clockwork and completed a large area in a day. They were so well organised.

From the prompt response and initial survey by Michael Burke right through the job it has been extremely professional. The team of guys worked so efficiently and were so clean and respectful of our property. It was completed in 2 weeks and the transformation from dirty attic to fully boarded , plastered and light airy room with lots of storage space is truly amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend 100%. Loft Ins Space recently did some work for us and we couldn't be happier.
They extended the loft hatch, installed a folding timber ladder, laid some boarding and fitted a light.
Excellent communication throughout the whole process, with useful text and email confirmation and reminders. Work was done promptly, cleanly, to a high standard and for a very fair price. Exceptional service! The team boarded my attic, relocated the hatch, and installed a light with precision and professionalism. Clear communication about the process was provided. They were competitively priced and left the space cleaner than they found it. Upon completion they left me to inspect the work and didn’t chase for payment. Highly recommend!

We recently had a new loft ladder fitted as the previous one was too heavy for us to return back into the loft (age related!) This company did an excellent job, which had to be slightly modified due to the angle of the ladder. Well done Adam & Josh! They also fitted a new loft door which has made it so much easier for access. Thank you to the whole team.

We had loft in space come out to give us a quote, and we knew straight away that we were dealing with a very professional company, the man who came to see us was very knowledgeable, we were booked in for the following week, the 4 boys that turned up were on time, very polite and friendly, and knew what they were doing, there was some noise which can only be expected, the cleaned up and left after a few hours, we were very pleased with the results, thanks for a pleasurable experience.

We recently had our loft in our new house boarded and stairs installed by Lofts Ins Space. We are extremely happy with the work that was completed. The team arrived on-time and was professional, efficient, and did a great job. The new loft stairs have made accessing out loft much easier and the boarded loft has provided us with valuable storage space. Thoroughly recommend Loft Ins Space! From meeting Mike (owner, lovely and friendly) for the free quotation, to Scott and Carl fitting our loft ladder, the whole process was seamless. We were advised on the time of fitting which was agreed in advance. Great care was taken of our house (cream carpets protected) and everything was meticulously cleared away once completed.

Great experience. They moved the loft hatch, installed more insulation, built flooring and installed a drimaster. Michael was great at responding to questions about the job and quote. From when we arranged for Michael to come and give us a quote to have a loft ladder installed and flooring and shelving fitted in our loft, to having the actual work completed the customer service we received was excellent. The team did a very good job, they were friendly, professional and very respectful. We knew exactly what they were going to do on the day as they took us through the whole process when they arrived on the morning of the installation. They were very punctual and arrived at 8.30am and just got stuck into the job. They were very neat workers and when they were finished they tidied up after themselves. Everywhere was cleaned to a high standard. We have so much more storage now in our loft and with the loft ladders it is so much easier to access this area.

Incredible service from Loft Ins Space! We had our loft insulated and floor-boarded, and could not be happier with the results! Quick and efficient service. Everything was done within three hours and no mess left - They put down floor protection on our stairs and hallway whilst work was being completed, and even hoovered afterwards. Would 100% recommend and use again for any future loft services! Great price also.

Excellent work carried out by the Loft Ins Space team, I am really happy with how it's turned out.

Michael and his team were recommended to us by my father, who had also had loft boards and a ladder put in. Michael visited over a lunch time in order to make measurements to give us a quote. He then patiently talked us through exactly what they could offer us.

A week later, the team arrived and it took about 4 hours to fit loft boards, truss shelving, widening of the loft hatch, a ladder and new hatch and fitting two lights (which involved running electricity). The team were quick and clean - laying carpet protector before they started and hoovering up after they'd finished. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We used loft ins space to insulate and board out our loft space. We also had our hatch made bigger with new ladders and a bales window installed. The whole experience was great, the workmen were very professional and turned up on time. They were very clean and tidy, nothing was an issue for them.
