Luxurious products & excellent service
I have tried various products from almond shower oil to hand creams, toner & pillow mist. They are all wonderful & luxurious. Beautiful packaging & also excellent customer service. I had a problem with a nozzle & they sorted it very quickly without fuss. Highly recommend these products & the service (including in-store staff who are very attentive & helpful)

I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service when I had a problem with a delivery that was completely destroyed not due to the company but due to the delivery. The person I dealt with was quick polite and efficient.
The company customer service department was simply as good as the product five stars all the way.

Ripped off for shopping in the store
Went into the Brighton store on Black Friday Staff are lovely. I purchased two items and was told that they normally would be £56 but that I would get twenty five percent off so would get for £42. I thought I had got a bargain until I looked online and found that most stockists sell the same items for £42 and were selling on Black Friday for £33. Felt ripped off, won't be using them again.
Follow up to Customer Care reply requesting that I contact them. That is what I did before writing a review. Their response was that they couldn't control pricing and there was nothing they could do to help. So my feeling of being ripped off remains valid.

I was very disappointed with the new formula lavande handwash & was promptly sent an alternative product of my choice by Dona. This was excellent customer care.

Superb customer service after order stolen
Order arrived but the package had been opened and most of the items stolen. I contacted Musfika at L’Occitane, showed her images of the parcel being delivered and damage visible.
Happy to help, polite and friendly. She arranged a replacement order the same day, free of charge.
This is what customer service is all about.

Not impressed with the level of service
I ordered two items and received my package quickly; however, one item was missing. After emailing twice and calling several times—most recently being told I’d receive a call back within five minutes—I am still waiting. I’m not impressed with the level of service, especially considering the missing item isn’t even expensive. I won’t be ordering from here again. UPDATE: This was not resolved as after implying I was lying as the weight of the package reflected that the petite treat was inside, in the same conversation I was told the product was actually out of stock. I had no choice but to get a refund.

Amazing service
I received my order but unfortunately one of the items was wrong.
I called the 0800 number and spoke to an amazing lady called Renata, her service was amazing. The Correct item was ordered whilst I was on the phone for a next day delivery. Whilst it was a mistake it was rectified very quickly and in a very friendly way.
I can not thank Renata enough. Thank you.

Best products and best customer service
Best products and best customer services. Just stocked up on their lovely almond products. Interestingly I wasn't keen on the smell in the shop but on advise gave it a try and love it now. Customer service are very responsive and always there to help.

Helpful Musfika in customer services listened well when my pump dispenser appeared not to be working. She also sent an email explaining what to do to rectify this.
